updated, clean, comfy beds, water dispenser in the gym, nice little pool area

start breakfast before 8am! our rate included breakfast, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere to eat. we really wanted to get on the road sooner than we did but had to wait an extra hour for breakfast to be served.

Nice clean comfortable rooms! Had plenty of additional pillows, robes, towels, etc. Good location - few minutes from the beach and from some really good restaurants (Just hooked and Our harvest).

They seemed short staffed - the person at front desk was always in the back and we always had to wait for them, always rushing, gave us misleading info (maybe they misunderstood what I was asking about because they were rushing), authorized my credit card for different amount than the reservation amount without any explanation so after realizing that we had to inquire as to why? A little confusing breakfast package - food was good after we understood how it works but they were short staffed there as well and the lady manning that post was taking orders, making drinks, cooking food and working mornings and nights - she was amazing btw - superwoman running around and taking care of everyone!!!

Loved the location, just a block from the beach, close to so many restaurants and pretty much everything you may need for an amazing stay. The hotel decor is gorgeous, exactly as you would expect for a hotel like this. The staff is so friendly and accomodating. The beds were very comfortable and all the amenities were great. Also, the gym was very good with a good amount of cardio equipment (including a peloton bike), dumbbells, kettlebells, and a great adjustable bench. They have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day, plus cookies in the afternoon. For EV owners, having two chargers on site is also another super convenient feature of this amazing hotel.

They don't clean the showers and kitchenettes very well and that is going to cause some issues in the future, making the hotel look older that it is. When we first arrived our bed wasn't properly made but they corrected that immediately.

loved the location, staff and cozy feel of the hotel. the pool was a decent size for the space. Staff was amazing, especially James (pool/bar) Stacey who was great with checking in on us and helping when she could with our room location.

It would have been nice if the pool opened till later. it closes at 8pm but the lights turn on after and it would have been nice to use the pool for a late night swim. House keeping staff was nice but one thing that was disappointing was the coffee pods were replaced with tea so we went downstairs for coffee which was fine.

Nice design. This is our 3rd year. We stayed in Queen Jr suite. The price is high. Kitchen area had few dishes, no dish towels, very little silverware. Be nice to have a toaster oven. Sofa definitely showing wear. With the exception of one associate at front desk the staff was exceptional as usual and make each quest seem important. Very family friendly.

This place is beautiful and very up to date on design. Everything is gorgeous. Room is very spacious for a family of 5. The staff looked very happy and not overworked. There was not one miserable staff member. Staff was very respectful courteous and polite. It's clear they love the place too. The free bike rentals and quality of the bikes to ride around the neighborhood were phenomenal. Such a wonderful perk to your stay along with the very clean never populated roof top pool. The around the clock free coffee was delicious and they always kept the coffee station stocked and clean. I cant say enough about the breakfast menu. Sooo delicious. Modern flare on breakfast. It was a highlight of our day. My kids literally got out of bed for it and didn't sleep in because the breakfast choices were so yummy/healthy. Another thing i noticed is that the staff takes care of each other. If one is busy another jumps in to help the other even if it isn't their main job. A young man had to step in to be a waiter one day. He really worked hard to do his bast for his first time waiting tables. However, the hotel is never crowded maybe because of guests varying schedules in & out. There is plenty of room to park in their on site under the hotel parking. I really wish I could keep this place a hidden secret all to myself...I loved it so much.

I just think our room could of used a sweeper run on the floor and little carpet between the beds mid stay. I asked for a sweeper run but maybe they forgot. But it could be because my son did need to work while on vacation with us and he was in the room prim cleaning time. I should of asked again but i didn't want to bug the cleaning staff. It's not like they were standing around doing nothing ever. They were always moving cleaning rooms/ hallways and were always busy. And because of that...i let them slide. LOL. I wiped the floors down myself. They were very busy always working.

i had requested a room off the street and they didnt accomodate me . At 300 bucks a night , it was a little annoyjng . i understood there was a wedding block booked but it was very noisy on the street if i wanted to leave my slider door open . the pool was supposed to be open but it was locked . i called but was told to push the button but it didnt work and was locked .

It's very close to the beach, about a block away. Fenwick Island is quieter than Ocean City, so if you want a more laid back location then this is a great option. The bartenders are excellent and make you feel very welcomed. The facilities are very clean and there is a beautiful rooftop area.

It is in a residential area, but the neighborhood is pretty quiet. You can tell the resident closest to the property doesn't appreciate a new hotel being built right next to them. Our view from our room looked right into someones yard that was full of signs against outdoor bars.

This hotel was excellent. It was very clean and the amenities were great! The kind bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a nice size, esp the shower, and it was nice having a mini kitchen and kerig machine. We even swam in the outdoor heated pool, which we had to ourselves. Our breakfast was included, it was delicious and made to order. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked everything. One small suggestion - leave a dish towel in the kitchen.

Beautiful newer property very close to the beach in Fenwick Island. We loved the rooftop pool. Good parking at the hotel. Hot coffee in the lobby available all day was a great extra. The kitchen in the room is perfectly sized and equipped. Fabulous decor. The front desk staff and managers went above and beyond to make this birthday trip very special ! Thank you :)

Meals other than breakfast were disappointing. But there are other options nearby.
