Great location, parking and the check-in process was easy. Staff is very friendly. Good hotel for families. They had all day activities for the kids, including an ice show that was entertaining. The outdoor pool and access to the beach is great. Indoor pool is a nice size. Restaurants and bars on site, and tons of restaurants nearby. They also had an arcade for the kids and a little store on site to pick up any last minute things/shop for souvenirs.

The hallways and rooms could be updated. The AC in our room had a smell that kind of smelled like the vents needed to be changed. We had to ask a few times for towels. But they came eventually. The pull out couch was not very comfortable as the mattress was really worn. There was also a bit of a wait for the elevators.

We loved the snack stand in the atrium, having the grill and bar right as you get off the beach, and we just love that there is so much to do and is very family oriented. I’ve been staying here since I was a kid in the 80s and always brought my family as an adult.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable and The noise between rooms. We had a family next to us with 2 parents and 4 kids who were playing, screaming, laughing, slamming microwave door, toilet seat, and doors into the late night as late as 2:30am. There was a lot of yelling and screaming from kids playing as well as crying. Parents were also yelling very loudly at the kids and was just very hard to sleep.

Helpful and prompt responses from staff to get my balcony door open. Beautiful beach location and great service and food and drinks at the outdoor bar. Room was clean and well stocked.

My room was VERY damp. When I got in the bed the sheets were damp and cool so it felt sticky and the towels neatly hung in the bathroom were also damp. Water droplets were forming on the bathroom ceiling. I think the room needs a dehumidifier. Room 351. I must say that my slightly wrinkled clothes that I hung in the closet got nice and straight (though damp) from the room’s high humidity.

We have been coming there for well over 15 years with our family. The value and convenience to the beach are awesome. Having activities for the kids is great. We were happy they brought back the iceskating show. Last year we were disappointed that we could see the show.

The resort has become dated. The room we were in had an odor, broken door, and seemed not as clean as previous years. When housekeeping came, they failed to give us toilet paper and towels 1 day after taking our dirty towels(took 2 and left 2). So the next day only gave us 1/2 of the needed towels as they gave what they took that day(2 towels) and again the same the next day. I am aware that it was an error on the housekeeping team. Thankfully, we had extra beach towels that we brought with us, or we would not have been able to all shower.

Loved the whole place in general! Great atmosphere and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. It was clean too! The balcony with beach/ocean front view is amazing. So beautiful and loved the sounds of the ocean through our screen backdoor. Loved swimming in the pools and the private beach is so nice as well! Everyone was pleasant (staff and guests!). Very family friendly for our 6, 3, and 2 year olds! The kids loved our trip so much and so did we!

Only flaw I can really think of is parking. If you wanna take a quick trip to the grocery store or just anywhere, good luck trying to find a parking spot when you come back. Many people parked over the lines which made literally all of the few available parking spots too tight.

Our only concern was that our room had a faulty electrical issue with the lights. We expressed our concern to the hotel staff, and they graciously gave us another room. The electrical issue presents a potential fire hazard for the hotel. We later observed that they rented that same room (412) to another guest without resolving the issue. Can you imagine the potential safety issue that presents for future guests and a liability for the hotel if a fire should occur and culminate in the loss of life. Please take this matter very seriously. You do not want any family to lose a loved one as a result of the hotel's negligence. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel .

As previously stated, please get the electrical repairs for Room 412.

Everything was so beautiful and there were many things to do while at the hotel! You could go to the beach, pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, ice rink, etc. There were also nice dining options on the resort. The staff was great and welcoming.

There were some stains on the towels, not saying they were not washed, but they were just a little off putting. The door knob to our bathroom occasionally got stuck, and I wish we had known beforehand it would be so easy to hear the people staying in the next room. The locked door like part of the wall did not keep the sound out at all, and unfortunately they were really loud.

I like that my kids and I feel safe there. We absolutely love Nigel! He is very entertaining and we love seeing him every visit

I was disappointed that I paid for an atrium room because we come every year and my kids love the ice skating show. I tried to surprise them with a room to overlook the show, and they didn't have any. I would have never paid money for that room if i knew the shows were no longer there. The outside bar menu changed, which was disappointing because it's nice to come from the beach all sandy eat and go back to the beach without showering or cleaning up.

Excellent location to the beach. Room was clean and requests for extras such as towels was prompt. Bathroom had a plumbing issue but it was fixed right away. Ice skating rink was nice.

The outside pool got pretty dirty during the day. Nothing major, but noticeable after coming back from the beach. The quality of the hotel's restaurant food could be a little better.

Great place to stay near the beach with an indoor pool and hot tub. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. We have been here several times before andcits always a great experience, especially in the summer.

The booking.com titles for the rooms are a little misleading by calling rooms ocean front when it's not really ocean front, its ocean view. There should be updated titles and photos of the view from these rooms so people know what to expect.
