Cleanliness. My son's socks were black from walking around with no shoes. There was no sponge to clean up the dishes. All the silverware or lack of was rusted. All the pans weren't cleaned properly and there were clean but wet dishes in the dishwasher so I dried them off and put them away. The rugs really need to be washed often. Also I didn't like that breakfast ended at 9 am and the lowest the thermostat would go was 65°

The people, especially Natalia at the front desk. we liked the beer on tap in the lobby. Great selection too. We were in South Boston to attend a funeral. This property being in Southie was a plus for us. We are recommenfing it to all our family.

Having two hotel names with no apparent distinction from each other is confusing. We understand that providing breakfast in these times is difficult. However, for the price we paid for a three day stay the breakfast food was mediocre quality and freshness. The room coffee was horrible.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and coffee. Quiet rooms, big comfortable bed. Some of the staff were really friendly and tried to help us as much as possible with checking in early (we arrived on a very early flight) and getting gluten-free bread for breakfast.

It's nice there's a pool but it is quite small and cold. Some of the staff looked a bit fed up. It is rather expensive and the area is very industrial. One of the listed facilities was streaming services but you have to sign into your own Netflix, which we don't have. There were some other apps though.

Our stay was great! The hotel/room was clean and updated. The included coffee/breakfast was a bonus. We were there for a volleyball tournament. We were able to use the breakfast area to host a pizza party for the players for no additional charge. Although I didn't use the gym or pool, they both looked clean and nice. The area was perfect b/c we needed to be near the convention center. If you are looking to be closer to the touristy part of Boston, this location might not be as ideal. The room came equip with a stove, large refrigerator, pots/pans, eating utensils, and microwave. I will definitely stay here for next year's tournament.

Room was quite spacious. The double bed and the large sofa bed were big; comfortable for two people in each. Kitchen and coffee facilities were good. Breakfast also was good. Staff were very helpful.

A $75 deposit per night charged because of debit card payment. This was perfectly fine and was refunded in full later. Yet, it would have been nice had the invoice included this deposit, as we left with no proof of this payment.

Great, quiet location close to everything we had planned .

Wish housekeeping came

It is downright unbelievable and unacceptable that in this day and age an international hotel chain like Hilton uses plastic cutlery and disposable plates for breakfast. Moreover, our room had a fridge, large enough for a family of six, which was constantly running empty. On arrival, the dishwasher appeared to have been used to wash two glasses and some cutlery. This kind of unsustainable waste can no longer be justified. Therefore, a "warm" appeal to Hilton to thoroughly review its sustainability policy, if any, as it now leaves much to be desired.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, and its views were nice. The hotel has ample common areas to work; although you could work from your room very comfortably as well. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The amenities it offered (gym and pool) were good as well, and they were available under an extensive schedule. The hotel had a complementary breakfast.

The area around the hotel is not very walkable if you compare it to the rest of Boston. Although it is technically within the city, it can be a bit far from restaurants and points of interest (by walking). The nearest place of interest is Harpoon Brewery (6 minutes walk), but the main Seaport area (where the closest restaurants were) is within 15 minute walk.

Breakfast was good. There’s variety of goo to choose from. Coffee was especially good. Location was convenient to us as it was a walking distance to the Cruise Terminal. No need for a taxi to get there. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. WIFI reception is great.

A little far to get to the Hop on Hop off Bus service. I think this is due to road closure/ maintenance. Didn’t mind too much to walk to near the Boston Tea Party place to get on to the bus. I took it as an exercise

Rooms were perfect, with all the amenities needed for a young family. New hotel very clean and well finished.

We found the reception staff very stand off ish, verging on rude. Very uncommunicative with one or two word answers to any questions, for example on check in we were met with just two words 'ID, credit card', no welcome to the hotel, enjoy your stay etc. Location is good and only few minutes taxi ride into the city centre, but public transport links very limited.
