Checkin was relatively easy. The exterior of the building was decent enough. The front desk clerk that checked us in was okay, but was rather short and impatient with an elderly, wheelchair bound veteran who was having difficulties following her instructions. My husband assisted him when she failed to do so or offered to find him help upon his request with taking some of his belongings to his room. Very disheartening way to treat a veteran. :( Our room was nice. Everything seemed to be updated. The floors were wood laminated, the bathroom was clean. There was sufficient towels. The bed was comfy and there was ample pillows. Check out was easy and the front desk clerk was pleasent.

As I notated in the above aforementioned, the front desk clerk who checked us in was not very nice to the disabled vetran who was trying to check in.

Conveniently located near everything we needed to have access to. The room & property were clean. Accommodations were comfortable (beds are a little firm). The staff was polite.

This is NOT a reflection of the hotel or staff, it's just a circumstance of the area. The CONSTANT flight path of planes made sleeping (for me) very difficult. I literally counted a plane about every 20 seconds from 3:00 am until the sun rose. BRING EARPLUGS or noise canceling machine if you're a light sleeper!!

Was fine for what we needed with Parking for the car. Place was clean enough and good that breakfast was included although it was simple.

Although it was clean, the room smelt very heavily of cleaning products that made us feel nauseous every time we walked into the room. Surely can’t be good breathing in those fumes over night.

Great hotel and great location. Very clean and the guy at the front desk was nice.

Only bad thing was the breakfast. No breakfast meat. There were pancakes, but they weren't cooked all the way. The apples were old, and the orange juice tasted expired. It's best to just go down the street to golden corral for breakfast. I knew something was off when no one was eating breakfast. If you're okay with paying to eat breakfast somewhere else, it's a good hotel to stay at.

Very clean and calm. Polite, friendly personnel. Large room, clean and quiet (can't hear road). Breakfast is more than enough: yogurt, bread, packed muffins, pancakes, apples, cream cheese. Would definitely come back.

AC and bathroom fan were a bit loud. Coffee wasn't good, but decent coffee is hard to find (just a general complaint - not about the hotel itself).

Each year for Elvis Week we usually stay at this facility or one other property. It just depends upon availability. Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. Easy access to other things.

Continental breakfast was usually yogurt, muffins etc. Hot breakfast would be nice.

The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good range. We had accomodation booked closer to Beale Street but arrived a day early and stayed here. Good location, lots of restaurants, shops and bars walking distance from hotel. Affordable and good location for Graceland.

Reception staff were never there

Checking in was awesome. It's a great location and very clean. Housekeeping was wonderful and I felt safe and like I was at home. I would recommend this location to travelers. Beware of who's you're dealing with when you arrive. You departure may not be what you expect.

Upon check out, the guy, manager, or the owner guy was not too friendly at all. That did not sit well with me. It's how he made he feel on my departure. Maybe because I am African American he just didn't like my color of my skin. I was professional, respectful, and kindness. The greeting and look was not pleasant. :(

Clean and smelled so nice

The property was good the only thing I didn't like was that the payment was taken off my card and when I got there the check in I was told to pay a extra $100 for a deposit and I would get it back however I'm guessing it will take 24 hours before I can get it back because it still haven't been deposited back to my card

The location was good and close to everything! They even let us go head to our room..even though we was early! The customer service was awesome and they accomodated everything we needed! I'll definitely be staying again

There wasn't nothing to not like....everything was perfect
