I love Ms. Dorothy, her care and always doing her best to accommodating our needs. (We are allergic to pork.)Also Mr. Robin was very friendly and kind. One of the front desk ladies was also nice. ( Didn’t get her name. She is a little taller. ) I like the location and the security of only those with a key being able to go up.

Some of the front desk workers are kind of rude and treat the guests as if they are disturbing them. I saw an interaction between one of them and a guest and it was not professional at all. Guest asked a question and it was hardly answered. The same lady asked another question and just got a rude “no” as an answer. It would be important to train them and remind them that those guests give them the job they have.

would of like to of had orange juice at breakfast, breakfast sandwiches were good once heated up in room microwave. A couple of bagel and muffin choices would be nice, but overall good

Breakfast was good it would have been better though if they had some breakfast meat and eggs but everything else was great.

The room was nice, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness.When we arrived there was dirty linen still in the dresser, the pull-out sofa wasn't working properly, it was bent, so it was extra hard to pull out, there was no trash bags in the trash cans, and it took a whole day for the room to cool down. Other than that everything was good.

I liked all in the breakfast room, waffles, fruit, coffee, bread, yogurt, many variety. The stuff was friendly and you can ask them for help, the pool was nice.

that night was a thunderstorm, no system, so it took us like 1 and half hour to check in, I think they could tell us to wait in the lobby area instead the auto, so we could use the bathroom and drink coffee while we were waiting.

.Room service was always on hand with what you need. The proximity to local businesses and restaurants..especially in an ice storm

Room seemed to be cleaned in a hurry , but still clean...understandable with current situations..

I was charged one price and I got two receipts the same price and when my card was charged it was another price. hidden charges .

The front desk staff was phenomenal. Made us feel welcome and very helpful. We would stay here again when in the area. After 3 other hotels in the area, we were very happy to end up here. Very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for our needs.

I was traveling back from Phoenix from my dad's funeral and selling his house etc. It was me and my 5 year old son who has autism. The desk staff assisted with a perfect room for being close to a door and parking with a utility trailer so I could unload quickly while he played in the room. They were wonderful. My dad and I stayed there in October before he passed away and he stayed there twice before traveling to my home in SC and back to AZ. They've always been wonderful.

It was convenient stopping point on our trip and easy to get to the hotel. The elevators were right by the main doors of the lobby so it was quick entry to the room once checked in.

The semi truck dropping his trailer load at the shopping center behind the hotel at 4am. It was loud and woke me up but it’s not something the hotel can prevent. I easily went back to sleep.
