I was charged a higher price because i was in need of the room 2 hours early than check in time. I had been calling since the previous day to let management know my plans were to be a couple hours early! There were several people that had checked out when i got there. Why didnt they just find a single room to get it ready rather than a double room thats a higher price???? That was not fair! I booked on line and it ask if i need to checkin early and gave me the steps to take.

How i was made to pay a higher price.

People were nice, the hotel was close to lots of stuff...but not noisy. The rooms were fresh and clean. The breakfast was great. No complaints.

If I had to pick something, maybe some more TVs in the bar / lounge area.

The property was well maintained and clean.

I would recommend when they mop the floor on the main level that it be done later at night. Twice when we got off the elevator the floor was wet which was a hazard.

Location was convenient to activities, food and .shops. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Loved the dove products in the bathroom. Decor was beautiful.

For one the television in the room was smaller than your average and I paid extra to include breakfast which only included a $10 ticket for specific items on the menu but there was an additional cash charge for something different.

It was very quiet and comfortable. The staff we encountered were very nice and professional.

The only thing in our room I encountered was something sticky on the carpet.

Bed comfortable, room temperature control excellent. Bathroom was great, though wish shower was stronger. Staff was sweet and helpful, even a worker who had just started was helpful.

Not really clear instructions on how to access breakfast. I was there for 2 days and it was always empty and works were just sitting there. Not sure if they actually had breakfast. Would like thicker cover.

I was only in MS for one night. Have stayed at this facility before and loved it from the first stay. Centrally located (I55) and everything that a person would need to eat or do is in this area. I think the rooms are very clean. It appears this trip some remodeling was taking place. Did not have breakfast there. Left early to beat the storm that was coming. Will book again for my stay in September of this year.

I noticed a sign posted on the door that face mask are required, but upon entering in the Lobby, Guest that was checking in did not have any on and also the Manager (I think was a Manager) was not wearing a mask, but the two hotel staff at the desk that was checking guest did have on masks. Checked out early Saturday morning and the lady working the desk did not have on a mask. Although I had both my vaccines I practiced social distancing and wore my mask.

The property was very clean from the moment we walked in. Everyone who works there from the front staff, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Every morning at the restaurant, Ms. Edna was so nice to my son and I! She went out of her way to help us with wherever we needed. The chef in the back was also so nice! He even made my son an extra egg and small waffle. Which he ate all of!! Ms. Edna even remembered us when we were checking out on our last day!!
