The breakfast was very good. Fresh eggs, fruit and bakeries.

I asked the floor staff for towels. When we came back, no towels. The next day I went down and asked the desk manager for towels and that the garbage needed emptying. Came back that evening, again no towels and the trash was still full. Being frustrated, I went down to the desk manager and asked for towels and trash bags so I could empty the trash myself! This is not acceptable. Not sure if I would return to this hotel.

This property was really clean and everyone was really nice! I wiped down the room with wipes and they came up clean! The breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from! The staff were incredible and very helpful! The beds were comfortable and cozy! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Memphis Southaven MS area!

There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like about the property.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool. Maybe a few more chairs in the swimming area. The towels could be checked a little more often. I found breakfast to be a good selection and the server was great and very helpful.

An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be helpful. I had trouble keeping the shower curtain from sticking to me - I think that a magnet in the middle of the shower curtain could help with that. I did not have any other suggestions.

It was super clean, front desk was very nice and helpful, the room spacious and clean,bed comfortable I would recommend this hotel entirely. It's a 10/10 for me..everyone was nice.. we enjoyed the stay

They was renovating the roof they started at 6:00am it woke us up for the morning which we was gonna sleep in whew that was the only thing..

Exceptional staff especially Edna the hostess in the restaurant/ bar area and Allen the cook who prepared and arranged the breakfast buffet. Both of them are superbly delightful and deserve recognition for their excellent and hard work to guest service.

The property was location was amazing. Less than a mile away was fine dining and great shopping. Very clean and the employees were nice. The Dove soaps and body was were a nice touch.

They did not print out a receipt, two days later still no receipt or refund for the additional charge. $50 a room is a lot.

Everyone there was extremely friendly. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Our housekeeper was also the sweetest she was so helpful and understanding.

The location was extremely difficult to find. The Uber/Lyft drivers would always have a hard time finding our hotel.

I was there for business in Nesbit and the location was very convenient. I arrived late after driving and the staff was accommodating.

The on-site restaurant was closing at 9. There was no room service, so I grabbed some snacks, The frozen Panni was not good. In fact, I felt very sick after consuming.

The excellent comfort of the bed and pillows. Have chronic back and hip pain. Had very little during our stay. Could not believe I slept until 11:00a.m on first night in.

Wasn't very keen on p.m restaurant food. Was very greasy and overcooked. Was refused.
