Every part of the hotel was clean and orderly. All of the staff we encountered were polite and professional, and our requests were happily fulfilled. This area at the end of June is like a boiling swamp, and we were expecting to have to crank up the air conditioner as soon as we got in the room to make it bearable, but were delighted to walk into a refreshing 68 degree room. The blackout curtains were exactly that, the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure, and we never heard any noise to indicate there were other guests, even though the hotel was full.

We only had two very minor quibbles. It was too hot to go out and do anything, so we just got undressed and ordered some delivery and planned to watch a movie in our room. It wasn’t until I was actually placing the order that I found out that the Door Dasher couldn’t bring our food up to our room, so we had to get dressed again and go back down. Not a big deal, but it would have been preferable to have the order left at our door. Secondly, the breakfast wasn’t quite what we expected. It was pretty disappointing. We just ended up leaving and grabbing breakfast somewhere else. Possibly we didn’t read the description closely enough and so were expecting something different. Anyway, it was a minor issue.

Great location. We were only here for one night to allow us to visit Graceland and this was a very easy 15 minute drive. Staff were very nice.

We checked in quite late in the evening and it was pretty rushed, so we didn’t notice that we had been charged $50 for “incidentals” until later. Had we been told about this at check in we could have objected, but we were not told. This $50 was refunded a couple of days later and we still have no idea why this charge was made. Breakfast was a little slow - the very nice lady who filled the buffet told us it was because she didn’t want it to sit on the side. Luckily, we were not in a rush, as we waited around 15 mins for the hot biscuits.

The comfortableness of our room. We didn't hear a thing as if it was soundproof. The staff was excellent. Mrs Patricia, Mr Cory, and the lighter skinned young lady(I forgot her name).

When we 1st arrived, the 1st room we were given had messed up sheets. The 2nd room made up for it. We couldn't get the fridge to work like the 1st 2 days but after that it ran well. Overall, a great stay! They accommodated our needs.

Breakfast was fair. The area was clean and well laid out and the lady that was managing the area was top notch. Very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a bit small with not much storage area. We were there for a wedding and had to store our clothes in the suitcases to keep the room semi-neat. I missed scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and waffles as part of the breakfast selection. Breakfast sandwiches were ok, just not my preference.

I love colorful properties so I loved the decor and how clean it was. Even my room was very clean. breakfast was really good as well.

The only thing that I did not like was that when I arrived I wasn’t able to check in early after a long drive. However Mrs. Marie turned it around and contacted me when my room was ready. I appreciate her for that.

Breakfast was good. Not a hot breakfast. There was plenty oatmeal, microwave sausage and biscuits, egg pepper and cheese omelets, yogurt, muffins. And the fresh ground coffee was a bonus! Staff was very friendly. Very clean. No carpet in the rooms!! Loved that!

Price could be less but everything else was great.

The hotel was extremely clean. The room was VERY clean. The tv was very large. Not a big deal at all, I accidentally left my new wireless headphones. I am positive they are there. I called twice today. They said they did not find them. I was a touch sad bc I'm positive I left them in the bed by accident. I am traveling back to that city in a week. I stated I eouid swing by and pick them up. I'm uncertain of where they eouid be ? Otherwise...it was an awesome night. I definitely would stay at this hotel again. 😊😊😉😉

The only thing, my new wireless headphones are in the room. 314. They cannot find them. It was my bad for accidentally leaving them. I do however hope that they show up. 😉

I love the colors of the hotel. The entire hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. AC in the room was great.

There aren’t any microwaves in the rooms, it’s downstairs in the lobby. The breakfast could have been better although they did have a lot of choices. The tv says its able to connect to your phone but we couldn’t get it to connect.

Super comfy beds and clean rooms. Really enjoyed my stay, the room was a perfect size for a single person. Also you could manage your stay from the tv which was new for me.

Didn’t realize how close it was to the airport so the planes landing/taking off all night was unexpected.

Everything is in driving distance to the mall. Also, the rooms are always clean.

Our room was extremely hot and took forever to cool off.
