I loved the staff the were so amazing and sweet. They were polite, welcoming, and tended to our needs. I forgot this one particular lady name she was there when I checked in Friday night and also there Saturday evening/night by herself Saturday 6/15 She deserves a lot she was wonderful a great smile, great customer service and we held a great conversation while I was checking in. I did let her know that know that she has wonderful customer service. Also the house keeper that came around to my door was amazing as well she was so sweet.Shout out to all the staff again that’s how it needs to be when you’re staying in any hotel. Keep up the great work.

The shower in the room could’ve been cleaned better but I bring things to clean, other than that everything was wonderful.

The hotel was just about 2 years old, it was modern and functional just what we prefer. Nothing to complain about in the room, of course can always be a bit bigger but everything else was just perfect. Nice social places to sit and hang out and drink your 24/7 coffee outside. The location was great because it was very safe still on the Mississippi side in Southaven and only 15min drive away from graceland. After having been to memphis I would not go closer to memphis as it is a pretty rough place. Breakfast had everything anyone would want, from oats to eggs and omelets, fresh fruits and so on. Thanks to Madeylin at the reception and miss Glenda from breakfast for taking good care of us. Very good value for a very good price! We would look no further when coming back another time.

We didn't have the breakfast. The cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. I wanted to shout out a specific young lady, but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. They provided us with all of our requests. I love all of the Dove products that you all provide.

I didn't like the fact that there aren't any microwaves in the room. It's very inconvenient to go back downstairs to heat up the food. We also had issues with the remote control, but we didn't reach out to the staff. We just dealt with it.

Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and seemed brand new, and the beds were soft and comfortable. We had an accessible room with two queen beds, and it was spacious and quiet. The bath was easy for my disabled mother to use. The overall aesthetic of the the hotel is modern and minimalist, but it still felt warm and inviting. We arrived after dark and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. The lighting around the bathroom mirror is quite flattering!

Every part of the hotel was clean and orderly. All of the staff we encountered were polite and professional, and our requests were happily fulfilled. This area at the end of June is like a boiling swamp, and we were expecting to have to crank up the air conditioner as soon as we got in the room to make it bearable, but were delighted to walk into a refreshing 68 degree room. The blackout curtains were exactly that, the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure, and we never heard any noise to indicate there were other guests, even though the hotel was full.

We only had two very minor quibbles. It was too hot to go out and do anything, so we just got undressed and ordered some delivery and planned to watch a movie in our room. It wasn’t until I was actually placing the order that I found out that the Door Dasher couldn’t bring our food up to our room, so we had to get dressed again and go back down. Not a big deal, but it would have been preferable to have the order left at our door. Secondly, the breakfast wasn’t quite what we expected. It was pretty disappointing. We just ended up leaving and grabbing breakfast somewhere else. Possibly we didn’t read the description closely enough and so were expecting something different. Anyway, it was a minor issue.

Great location. We were only here for one night to allow us to visit Graceland and this was a very easy 15 minute drive. Staff were very nice.

We checked in quite late in the evening and it was pretty rushed, so we didn’t notice that we had been charged $50 for “incidentals” until later. Had we been told about this at check in we could have objected, but we were not told. This $50 was refunded a couple of days later and we still have no idea why this charge was made. Breakfast was a little slow - the very nice lady who filled the buffet told us it was because she didn’t want it to sit on the side. Luckily, we were not in a rush, as we waited around 15 mins for the hot biscuits.

I really enjoyed how new and clean everything was. The hooks that replaced a closet were very useful for three guests with limited luggage.

I would have preferred a small microwave in the room. There is a small refrigerator, but we stayed in 5 other hotels during our two week trip that did have microwave ovens in the room which makes it convenient to heat up leftovers from restaurants.

The decor was very pleasing and put together well. It was very clean. Comfortable and the toiletries were very nice.

The staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the Microsoft update, car rental and travel plans. They were understanding and truly listened. They helped us stay settled and get back and forth.

The hotel was clean and in a nice quiet area… I’m vegan so I can’t really tell you about the breakfast

The room that I stayed in was extremely small, which i didn’t mind because it was just overnight AND I stayed alone. I’m not sure if all of the rooms are that way. My shower door would not stay closed. When it got too hot in the shower, it would slide open. Also, there is no tub, just a shower..

I love the room set up and the location. This hotel is within walking distance of many eateries and shops.

I didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t seem as though it was thoroughly cleaned the desk table seem to be broken, and there were hairs in the shower along with a gooey white substance on the wall. The curtain treatment had what looked like bird poop.
