The breakfast was truly the best part of each day and the regular staff lady was an angel. What a dear. Thank you and we her goodbye. The room size was good And any issues I had were addressed. I do not need my bed sheets changed but dump the trash ifI have a request address it and if you take towels replace them.

My room hadn't been checked. It was clean. It was missing a plate cover for a 4 way outlet under the TV. I had no tv for 3 days ,storms ND I was missing a remote. Didnt know. I requested 4 towels 2 for me two for sister. I had 1 it took3 days, but it was handled. Please fix the constantly running ice maker in the hall.

the beds was so comfy and it was close to Memphis without having to stay in Memphis.

needs more luggage carts- there was never any available bc people kept them in their rooms. the only other thing that didn’t have to do with the property is the large group that was checking in around 11:00 pm and the kids were sooo loud which made it hard to get to sleep and we were on the third floor.

Overall cleanliness and close to all the shopping centers, food places, and easy to find.

As we were checking out, we discovered that someone vehicle had been broken into and to know my fiance al.ost park there but changed her mind . Guest should feel safe and maybe so.e types of security should be looked at to keep future awareness for the guests family.

The breakfast was very good , always is . The rooms were clean & fresh . Miss Sylvia at the front desk is amazing , she is so friendly & helpful . They have a real jewel in her . We love staying here just because of her .

Ms. Sylvia was exceptionally helpful. There was a problem with our reservations. The first two clerks weren't trying to be helpful. But Ms. Sylvia came to the rescue. She didn't stop until she figured out the problem.

The rooms are cleaned every three days, not everyday.

The check-in was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk was super friendly. The room was clean and I think it has been remodeled, I think.

Update the pillows please my feet were up in the bed and my head was down, i wrestled all night with it. The middle of the tub felt like it was going to fall in, when you step close to the shower.

Ms. Liz kept all breakfast items available. We were surprised at the many choices and quality of items. Eggs were cooked perfectly. The hotel room was very clesn thanks to Shatara & Ms. Sherilyn Jones. I stopped to brag on them, (Names may be misspelt )

I love the location. It is surrounded by my favorite stores and restaurants. The room was clean when I arrived. The desk clerk was nice and courteous.

Our stay was great. Of course it was a little modified because of COVID19. I just love a freshly made bed daily when I'm on vacation or a business trip. But that's not the establishment's fault. I understand it was because of COVID.

The location is great, convenient on shopping areas. The staff was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was very nice and pretty.

Some of the furniture should be replaced or restored due to the nature of how it looked. Hotels should invest more into the upkeep of the furniture and curtains as well as the rest of the property.

Breakfast was excellent!

There were no toiletries in the room but I got them later from the front desk. Also, there was no room phone. The air conditioning didn’t seem to change temps like it should.
