The breakfast was great. Lots of options. The fact there was a pool and towels available near it. Bed was comfortable.

Kind of noisy in the hallways sometimes and staff was ok. Weren’t bad , just not the most inviting.

Even after i had checked out, the staff was still helpful. I left my car light on da night I stayed and dat morning my battery was dead. Maintenance helped jump my car, so awesome to care enough to go above and beyond!!!!

Everything was hands down a 10!!!!

I was told prior to my visit that the pet deposit would be $50. I was charged $75. I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk on Sunday Oct. 9 at check out. She made no attempt to address the issue.

The staff were wonderful! From the front desk to the wonderful lady cooking breakfast! SUPERB!!!

The beds were not comfortable. I was looking for a microwave in the room. I took for granted there would be one.

Booking.com did not pay the property for my stay… I paid the reservation 4/16/21 through Booking and when I arrived 7/30/21 for my stay.. I had to pay again!!! The gentleman at Booking was rude but Daphne at the hotel was amazing!!! She took care of everything with Booking!!! It was a great pleasure to meet her and everyone we came in contact with. But I won’t be using Booking.com anymore… don’t need the hassle

Breakfast was very good and fresh. Rooms were a bit out dated. A/C was leaking on carpet. Called the desk to advise but they seemed to not be concerned and did not send anyone to take a look.

Rooms could have been a little more updated to be in line with the cost. They were very clean but just needed a fresh look. Kind of dark and outdated

The elevator/hallways and even rooms were extremely hot which could be from the heat outside.. we felt like we were going to pass out in the elevator from it.. also in our room with our coffee maker we had no sugar or creamer but the coffee bar down stairs made up for that
