The hotel and our room were clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, cool, on a hot, steamy, stormy, murky day and night. The location was great, close to our medical appointment and to plenty of shopping and dining. We were tired and rained-on, so we stayed in and had dinner and some snacks delivered, and were very happy that the Door-Dashers were able to come leave our orders at our room door, instead of us having to meet them in the lobby.

There was a fair bit of noise through the walls. There was a family with toddlers and an infant on one side, and they made normal toddler and baby rackets, but they quieted down by 9pm or so. Through the other wall, and unfortunately the wall that our beds were against, there was an extraordinarily loud snorer. I mean, he was prodigious. But it was more funny than anything, and we just streamed some white noise to block it.

location. only one decent restaurant (Longhorn restaurant) near and extremely busy and no reservations taken. their website giving waiting times was totally wrong and unreliable luckily Aldi supermarket near so bought provisions from there and used the microwave in the room. only stayed there as relatively close to Graceland,but maybe choose a hotel with more of a choice of restaurants . next door to Baptist hospital.

New to the area and wanted to get away and found this hotel. Comfortable beds the staff was great

We've stated other hotels with the same brand name and the breakfast was much better than this one. Egg and cheese on omelette was dry and overcooked. We travel a lot but this is the first kitchen we've seen close it's door literally at 9:30

Breakfast was great! Swimming pool was also very nice. Spacious, clean rooms.

There was no coffee nor hot water in the main lobby. I was really surprised by that. Coffee station is something commonly seen in the hotel lobby. There was no place to buy coffee either. As soon as breakfast was over, they put the thermos with coffee away.

The air was off in the room at check in. It didn’t cool off and was very warm for most of the night. I also asked for a chair for the room so my husband and I could both sit at the desk and work and was told there were none. Fridge did not work.

The rooms and beds were roomy and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and fully functional. The air worked well. The breakfast was very good! The location and area is very nice.

The pool was NOT heated, although the room was warm. The water was not at a temperature to swim in, freezing! Some of the staff were great while others were plain rude. When we arrived for check in there was one lady, and she was very nice, but all by herself!! There were 4 or 5 people in front of me, and a broken glass bottle partially swept near me. We had to wait quite awhile to check in. Also, when we went to the car to get our bags, and returned, the doors had been locked. We had to knock on the door to get someone to open them.. It was around 8 pm. It seemed understaffed. We paid $165 a night!! Really ridiculous for the price.

I loved the facility. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable and they had plenty of full size pillows on our king bed.... Not those little half pillows like a lot of places have. The decor was very modern. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The airplanes/airport noise was a little annoying. But that's just part of it. It wasn't that bad really.

The location was great for our purpose. The room was large enough for us to move around easily and so was the bath. The hotel lobby was well equipped and clean. The staff was very patient and pleasant. I will stay there again.The attempt to provide a hot breakfast was indeed commendable.

The sofa bed that we paid extra to have was good only for sitting and not very comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning. It had stains (many) from previous guest. I was glad that I travel with disinfectant spray.. The fridge was not cold enough and kept moving when we tried to open it.

Area real quiet and clean. Several eating places to choose from. The environment was really lo Ely. Everything was in walking distance Soni didn't have to worry about traffic. All the staff are really good and friendly.

I have no complaints about nothing everything was wonderful

The breakfast was above average for a hotel. The front desk on duty when we checked in, Jessica was absolutely amazing!! I feel she goes above and beyond with every customer. I had the privilege of watching her with more than one person checking in, and is extremely consistent with ALL that she encountered. Her customer service will bring my wife and I back for another stay at this hotel.
