The staff were all friendly. We especially liked the morning crew who did the breakfast. The kick back bartender was good but got a little loud. He was very enthusiastic and wouldn't change that. We just like things a little quieter. Every staff member we encountered, maintenance, housekeeping, desk, spoke to us and/or acknowledged us. (The guy vacuuming acknowledged us) I've been in customer service my whole life and am great at it. Therefore I expect 110% & am often disappointed. I was NOT at the Drury. Very pleased. Thank you.

Smoking too close to the doors. We wish they had a nice smoking area AWAY from the entrance/exits where we didn't have to walk through smoke every time we came in & out. Or simply not allow smoking within 25 feet and enforce it. I dont mean to be a Karen . The food didn't seem to be as good as the Drury in Colorado Springs.I think it is the same food, probably the same supplier. The taste was not as appetizing.

The rooms were beautiful...nice and big...check in was smooth and the gentleman that worked in the evening was very nice and personable.

The breakfast area was small, so it was usually crowded. There was a group of highschool or college kids there when we were there and they really made a mess...maybe it should be a rule that their chaperones should be with them and maybe a time given for them to eat...too many for anyone else to get their breakfast...they took all the tables up..the poor gentlemen working couldn't keep up clean up after them...

The thing that we did not like was people coming down for breakfast in their bed attire . pajamas Robes due to COVID-19 and others viruses we thought that it was unclean . We did direct this matter to your staff but they stated it was nothing they could do about it but I wish that you would really take this in consideration maybe just to post a sign saying you must be dressed when coming down to eat thank you

The room size, the refrigerator and microwave oven, nice size TV, complimentary breakfast. The manager's reception was nice the night that we attended.

Our room was right above the lobby, so it was rather noisy in the evening. It quieted down by the time we went to bed, but if we were light sleepers, it might have been a problem. The toilet is really small, almost child sized. We're able-bodied, but an older person or even a large person might have a problem with a toilet that small.

I love the breakfast and dinner items, along with the drinks for those staying at the hotel. Makes for an easier time traveling and didn't have to fight traffic or wait for our food, if we had gone to a restaurant. The service at the front desk and in the dining room was exceptional and so friendly. The staff pride themselves on what they do and they should! Loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available in the shower. Room was extremely clean upon arrival. Microwave, refrigerator discreetly positioned in room.

Saturday morning our water pressure was low and the hot water wasn't very hot. Sunday it was all good though.

The bartender was awesome. He had a great personality and made dinner fun. I think his name is Steve.

The housekeeper walked into our room without knocking first. The front desk attendant was not friendly. The hot tub jets didn't work and there was a film on the top of the water. There weren't any towels by the pool, so I asked the front desk attendant for some. He only brought a few. So, they ran out again. This caused a puddle of water in front of the elevator.

The room was big and cozy. The kickback was really great! Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. The staff continued to wipe down areas and refilled any items that were low. The bed was big and very comfortable.

We couldn’t find a switch to turn on the fan in the restroom. This was really weird, but was really weird. Elevators were very slow. Their didn’t seem to be enough cover on the bed. It just looked like a top sheet and flat sheet only. We had to turn the air up because we got cold. We didn’t call the front desk to inquire about a blanket or anything since we could control the air, but in the past we had more cover.

The room was much bigger than I realized, very clean, had an amazing breakfast…definitely the best value hotel we’ve stayed at. We’ve paid more at other hotels for 1/2 the quality and service at Drury. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

The only very small gripe I had was that we had a late check in, around midnight, since we were traveling and the front doors were locked, which I totally understand. I tried using the guest service phone to ring the front desk with no answer, called from my cell phone with no answer and after about 10 minutes the night clerk came to the lobby and got us checked in. He was friendly though and got us taken care of quickly.

Breakfast available but see below. I liked the pool, but was not Informed I had to sign a waiver, causing stress. Loved the bathroom, especially tub. The soap is awesome. Bed comfortable, nice to have both microwave & fridge. Some lovely staff

The styrofoam plates made the breakfast unappetizing. Eggs from a carton instead of real eggs were edible but not tasty. Tea in paper cups has cardboard flavor. The cranberry cocktail was slightly flavored water. Difficult to get information

The facilities were clean, perfect location, nice breakfast! The staff was kind and very helpful. Tamika was the absolute best!! She is kind, helpful, professional and absolutely took interest in us and how she could help in any way!! She has a great sense of humor and we looked forward to talking with her daily!!
