Breakfast and location was terrific. Entertainment in the evening was a bonus. The staff was pleasant and helpful

The rugs in the hallway were dirty. You could see they were not old but need to be replaced with a darker color. The bed was extremely high and needs a smaller box spring.

The breakfast was awesome! The location was great and walking distance to everything. Night life was great to have a drink and listen to the music.

Some of communication amongst staff needs to be improved. For example, we saw a mudslide drink pass our table so we tried to order it later that day. The staff on the inside bar said the property didnt make them, even though we stated we saw them earlier. Went to the outside bar and the friendly waitress was able to make them for us and did say they have them on property.

The owners and staff were extremely personable and professional. They made us feel not only comfortable but like we were family and they engaged with all of their customers. They keep the hotel spotless! Every meal we had was delicious including breakfast,lunch and dinner. Additionally, the full service bar also served food and the bar staff were attentive and friendly. Moreover, there was quality entertainment on both nights of our stay.. Will definitely be staying with them for future get aways... They create a very relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent room, immaculate condition, great staff! it was a little disappointing that the website and reviews implied that breakfast was included (hence Elaine’s Bed and Breakfast) however once I received my Booking confirmation-details specified “no meal plan.” For the $ 1150 we spent for 2 nights-it would seem a good investment to include breakfast. Truly it felt like a bait and switch and we probably would have chosen differently if we had full disclosure before hitting book it!

Steps on back entrance were quite steep-should have a sign -CAUTION- to warn folks, luckily I caught myself before I fell.

The location of this hotel is ideal, close to Washington St, and just a few blocks from the beach. The staff is kind and attentive, and the room was always clean and tidy.

We stayed in room 11, in the lobby, between the reception and the bar area. The noise level was not pleasant at all, especially for the price we paid. One of our pillows was also very uncomfortable, so I didn't get much rest between the noise and the lumpy pillow.

Staff was outstanding --- could not have been better! Room with porch! Very good food on site! Convenient parking! Quiet setting but near community activities! Congrats on sponsoring the Ukrainian event!

No elevator - stairs were safe but not easy for elderly. Very high cost per night. Would not stay again at this time and in this price range. Would definitely stay again at a more reasonable cost per night.

Breakfast was very good. Probably the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had.

We were over our heads on this booking. We were naive to what a “ boutique hotel” is, but we booked it because we booked very late and there were only two facilities available; Elaine’s was the better choice. We disliked the noise from the outdoor bar under our balcony.

Elaine’s is in a great location with easy assigned parking on their property. We were greeted by Joan upon arrival who went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. They have a delicious bar and restaurant which was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our bartender Sandy took great care of us and was super friendly as well as everyone else on staff. The cleaning team does an amazing job- we have never stayed anywhere this spotless. We loved everything about Elaine’s and look forward to our next visit.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. We had a dinner and a breakfast in their restaurant and both were excellent. We also went to their outside bar for cocktails and the bartenders were both excellent. The building's location was also a plus. It is an easy walk to many of Cape May's attractions and shopping. It was a short ride to many other places of interest in the area.

We were a little disappointed in the size and location of the room. The square footage of the room was listed when we booked it, but we didn't realize how small it actually was. The room is located on the first floor which was great. The downside was that when we opened the window shutters, there were diners at the outside bar/restaurant sitting right in front of the window.

I room well cute and clean. I breakfast was delicious and out waitress was awesome! It was nice to have assigned parking so we didn't have to find a space or walk far.

It was a little pricey but everything in Cape May seemed a little high. We would there stay again.
