The room was very spacious and clean and it is 10min from the airport.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport and their free shuttle service for our 12hr stopover, however, when i wrote to them through Booking.com to find out where to get the bus from, they never replied. Very bad at communication. We ended up taking an Uber which cost us $18.

The breakfast was ok, could have been more choices of breakfast.

Well the room was nice and clean, BUT THE HEAT WAS NOT WORKING AND THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE WORKERS THERE ON THE WEEKENDS. SATURDAY NIGHT/SUNDAY MORNING WAS ONE OF THE COLDEST NIGHTS/MORNING THAT WEEKEND. WE ASKED THE FRONT DESK TO CHANGE OUR ROOM BUT UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO MORE ROOMS. BUT THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK DID GIVE US MORE BLANKETS TO TRY TO STAY WARM. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I BELIEVE IF THE HEAT WAS WORKING PROPERLY MY STAY WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT. THAT BEING SAID, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Room was nice. Large enough. Nice shower. Bed was very comfortable.

Disappointed that the pool was closed. But yet the had swimming lessons going on. Closed for my whole summer stay. I didn’t like paying for parking. Guest should park for free with a gate pass.

The girl at the front desk upgraded my room from a 1 bedroom king suite to double beds for free. I asked and she delivered effortlessly. They also gave out free bottles of water and even though I didn't try the free breakfast it always smelled good when I left in the mornings.

The toilet got clogged at 5am and I had to go to the front desk to get a plunger, there was Noone at the front desk, when I realized he was behind the glass sleeping I hesitated, but woke him up and he got up immediately to help,they didn't have a plunger at the front desk so we had to go to each floor and check the housekeeping closets, upon reaching the 4th floor he finally found out and was very polite and accommodating. The plunger worked like a charm and I returned it upon check out. My only suggestion, not even a complaint is to have plungers on every floor, and maybe have multiple at the front desk because toilet issues happen, Noone to blame here.

We stayed here between connection flights. The reception staff working on 12/31/2021 around 4-5pm were very professional and kind - offered us bottled water, quickly check us in and booked our airport shuttle for 3 am; Airport shuttle every 30 min 24 hours with booking; Clean facilities; Amazing bed, super comfortable; Rooms have plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, dish soap and sponges.

Price, but new years eve is always high anyway.

The property was very clean! Our room was clean, no dust, and the room was nice and comfy! The staff were very friendly and polite.

Well, there was one lady that kept telling us there was no early check in available but started checking in other people without even asking me any of my information, she wasn’t rude about it but it was a bit strange. We had to go to another lady and the 2nd lady checked us in with no problem. The toilet was a bit wobbly and the water pressure for the shower could’ve been a bit stronger. Also, the shower didn’t stay hot for long.

The Staff were friendly all day. I was greeted upon entering the building. I was greeted going out of the building. The best part was the consistency of this. Each time was a different staff member. Also, this is the first hotel in the Newark area, that I've been to where I didn't have any problem with the plumbing! My sink, tub, and toilet, all drained properly. I frequently book in this area multiple times a year when visiting family, since I am a previous resident.

The idea of having to pay for parking.

The room size was good, and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a guest laundry facility on site which was reasonably priced. This hotel is only a few minutes from the EWR airport.

This hotel is one of three Hilton properties in this location. Even though I had paid for parking, it took me a good while to find a parking space which was located next to one of the other properties. This meant having to walk a little distance back to my hotel.

The location to the ports was nice. The room was big and mostly comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The bathroom door was very hard to open. We were in a handicap room and there is no way a person in a wheelchair would be able to open and close the bathroom door. The pool was closed and looked like it was being used for a swimming school.
