It was all quite nice. I didn’t give it a 5 star because you can always improve on something. The staff was very nice and accommodating for the extra things we needed. They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I felt like the temperature of the pool water could have been much warmer. We took our grandsons to Jurassic Quest and just decided to get a hotel because they enjoy swimming and staying at hotels but two of the three couldn’t swim because it was too cold. so that was disappointing for them. The fruit that was served at breakfast had a funky taste to it that I didn’t like at all. It definitely wasn’t fresh.

Excellent room, great breakfast. Pool was clean and room was warm so the kids could swim for hours.

There were several car break-ins at night, 1 right next to our car on the first night, and a few more that next night. Everyone felt like they had to jockey for parking spots towards the front since it did not look like there were security cameras in the back (at least that I saw).

Everything! Location for shopping, proximity to Franklin Park Conservatory, and the zoo. Also loved having a kitchenette for some dietary issues. So nice to have the extra room also.

I really don’t have one complaint except that the pillows had an odor…all of them. The linens were clean but they need to wash and Clorox the pillows underneath.

Breakfast was great choices. Here for a basketball tournament. Boys enjoyed breakfast also. Suite had enough room and a full kitchen with an ice maker in refrigerator. Clean room and friendly staff .

I didn't like the one entrance to the bathroom through the only bedroom. Usually there are two entrances as not to disturb everyone. It was clean though.

Room was good and well-appointed. Definitely met our needs.

The valence, duva' was stained. The manager was very sympathetic and apologetic. She immediately moved us to another room which was clean. My only real complaint is that the bed was too soft.

This is so miniscule, but, sure would appreciate a nicer toilet paper. Maybe what is used prevents clogged plumbing??

The breakfast was exceptional - hot and cold choices. Clean area and good coffee.

I can't think of anything to change. It really was a good experience. The staff were kind, the place was clean, and our rooms were well stocked.

Easy to get around, straightforward signs to get you where you need to go. Super cool social with free dinner and booze on a Monday night. Bed was excellent, room size is perfect and all the amenities were a great addition. Great breakfast options as well! Hotel staff was friendly and ready to help upon arrival. Quickest hotel check in I’ve ever experienced. 👍

The beds used to be the most comfortable around with Y back problems. This stay we had 2 different rooms & both of the mattresses were very painful upon waking up.

Breakfast choices were good and the hours were great. It was nice that they continued to refill food throughout.
