What a wonderful stay!!! My daughter and I stayed here while attending a national youth convention. We could NOT have asked for a better place to stay for five days! The staff was exceptional, the rooms were so incredibly comfortably and clean.  The breakfast offered a delicious variety! The fitness center and laundry were great amenities, as well as the outdoor area. Most of all, it was a safe, clean location to stay very close to a variety of restaurants and shopping!!!

I realize it’s an extended stay location; however with the rooms not being cleaned daily, the only issue was my having to ask for clean towels, new trash bags, and toilet paper by the third day. However that was NO prob!!!

Breakfast was great, plenty of choices to pick from. cooked great and tasty. The area around the hotel was more than we expected as far as store variety and restaurants.Well maintained and we felt safe.

only one bad thing, as laundry is free and hotel provided we decided to do ours before la leaving. My husband used 2 of the 4 washers. Another person used 1 and the last one wasnt working. A rude and angry man verbally attacked my husband, as he felt he should of given up the washers to his wife. The manager came and told him he needed to wait for his turn. The manager was very apologetic.

ALL staff provided excellent guest service! From the beautiful well maintained view property exterior with comfort seating areas to the clean lobby clean. Smokers cigarette dispensers in all areas for us smokers. Rooms very clean( and I am picky also have OCD yet I was very impressed, romm fully stocked, and comfortable. Great breakfast. BEST PART.. THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES ARE FREE WITH STAY!!!!! And 2nd BEST PART the TV welcomed me with My name on the screen!!!! That alone had me feeling like I was important and a priority guest to this hotel.

I stayed for 4 days and I wanted to stay longer really needed 1 month but big price jump. And rate changed daily. I don’t stay in hotels very often so this is probably normal to happen at every hotel , if so then there’s nothing that I didn’t like .

I did not realize that I could get a military discount on my Booking .com account. The Fairfield hotel had no problem adjusting my bill upon arrival, but the HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON said they could not make any adjustment due to me booking thru you. Is there any way you can adjust it on your end? This situation also applies to my booking at HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON MADISON HUNTSVILLE AIRPORT. Also, since I do all of my bookings thru you, can you tell me how to request the discount for future bookings? I am enrolled in ID ME if you need any info regarding this request. Thank you for your consideration regarding this request.

I liked having real dishes and silverware in my kitchen. The lotion attached to the wall in the bathroom and the shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower were very nice products - unexpectedly better than usual. The one time that I ate breakfast was good, especially the waffles. I gave tips to the breakfast cooking staff and I left a tip in my room for the room cleaning staff. The beds and bedding were very clean, soft and comfortable. I rate the beds and pillows alone a 10+.

When making my reservation, I specifically asked for the quitest room available, but I was placed on the first floor in the room closest to the side door, which kept opening and slamming shut many, many, many, several times both during the nights and early mornings. Didn’t they have a noisier room available to put me in, or was that it? I couldn’t find the Hulu app on the TV. I wanted to watch a specific movie on Hulu. There wasn’t one of those small safes for guests to use in my room even though I asked for one when making the reservation.

The hotel has a nice weight room with plenty of ways to exercice. A nice little breakfast every morning. The King Suite is large and comfy. Plenty of restaurants close bye. The zoo and waterpark just a short ride away. Perfect location for us. A movie theatre 5 minutes away. Parking lot is lighted ans plenty of spots.

The breakfast could us a little variety. The pool could be warmer.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels and the experience was good, but this is the very first time I stayed at a hotel and not only was the hotel stay and its ambience great, but I have to say that the staff was overly exceptional and a great time!! We decided to do a quick getaway from Cleveland and had initially reserved our stay at another hotel but due to a bad storm our reservation was cancelled due to no electricity by a lightning strike (At least that is what she said when she called,) and I can say that it was GOD plan for us to stay Home 2 Suites! Brian and staff were amazing!! Full of conversation and even when I requested more cream for my coffee and help to pop a cork on my champagne bottle, they were more than happy to do so. The location is surrounded by everything and if you are looking for a modern, open floor, relaxing time then this is the place to stay. After our return from a night out on the town, we got a chance to relax and laugh by the fire pit about 1 or 2 in the morning. I noticed that it states that they are also a dog friendly hotel whihc is pretty neat. I observed the kids having a pool party which I though was funny considering that the pool isn't big at all but even the adults were in it having a good time. It was perfect and nothing short of amazing!!!! Thank you!!!
