I loved the room, was clean and spacious. I got a king non smoking suite and was ready when I arrived. I was greeted and guy was nice and friendly. Rooms looked modern so price for room seemed appropriate . I would stay here again because no bugs, smelled like hotel was just cleaned but in a good way. The scent was pleasant. Bar was busy but I didn’t stop to check it out but looks like everyone was having fun. Front doors are closed from 11pm-7am which is good safety wise( sign is by door that says this). I love the late check out compared to other hotels. Good location for most things but the things I needed were about 15 min away from hotel. Plenty of parking and overall no problems .

You have to pay for breakfast , I didn’t take off any stars because I knew when I booked. I just went out to breakfast

We didn't get free breakfast included, that would be great! Especially when guests are on the run. I think the lobby was very empty, and that's sad because it’s so pretty! I think free breakfast or a free cocktail/discount happy hour/drinks and food would really liven up the place, thus bringing more good reviews and guests.

The top blankets were stained with blood. Very gross

The location is amazing! My kids absolutely loved the pool and the variety of restaurants nearby to choose from. The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was definitely a nice little bonus. The way the towels were folded on the jacuzzi tub was SUPER cute!

We wish that the restaurant downstairs had an actual kids menu for dinner at least. It sucked having to leave at 9PM to go get dinner when driving 2 hrs already to get there.

Very warm and intimate. Pool area and the hot tub were exceptional. Room was very well appointed and the mattresses were luxurious. The most cable channels at any hotel I've ever stayed at.

No continental breakfast. However, there is an on-site restaurant but has very limited choices.

The location was excellent. The waitres /service was beyond reproach. Accommodating in every aspect. The front desk employees were always pleasant & helpful. The bedding, pillows & bed linens were top notice. The lady who cleaned our room - unbelievably good. Would wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. However, the noise was no problem, but, the dust that naturally occurs during such a time was noticeable.

Size of the room, quiet, clean and nice amenities.

The jacuzzi was out of order.

The room was perfect. We were in town for our granddaughter’s graduation. The room was very affordable because we are seniors on fixed incomes and that made it comfortable. We loved the area as well well.

I thought there was free breakfast but even though it wasn’t we were still very much satisfied

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean!

I was upset when I went down for breakfast and realized it wasn't complimentary. I've stayed at this hotel 4 or more times and it's always been included in the room. The sad this is I wasn't even told this when I checked in.

The staff members were all incredible. For the most part, everything was well taken care of and clean.

Our room could have used a better cleaning, the hallways had carpet that appears to be lifting, and there was always a huge puddle of water from the pool to the elevator with no wet floor signs present.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the utilities all operated to expectation.

The only "issue" I experienced was some kids messing around in the hallway. Someone banged on our door around 2:00 am. I just so happened to be awake and near the door when it happened and I looked through the peep hole to see some kids, maybe 14-16 years old running away. Nothing against the Hotel managers or staff and I laughed about it the next day with my wife who was asleep at the time it happened but some other people staying there may not have found the humor in it.
