They always are so accommodating to my disabled husband, and they are so respectful and helpful to us both.

The noisy room at midnight to 1am, other than that zero complaints about the property.

Nice comfortable room on the 2nd floor over the office with an enormous king bed and lounger. The room also has a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast included. Some hot items: scrambled eggs and sausages or maybe bacon. I'm a vegetarian, I didn't look at the meat. Warm biscuits. There was also a DIY waffle maker that I didn't use. Yogurts, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, and bread - make your own toast. A little better than other hotels with similar breakfast. The lady who checked me in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Bend.

i want to commend the manager, Rachel, for her wonderful attitude & desire to help our stay be enjoyable, we were very appalled with the condition of our room upon entry & settling in, nothing was done the first night. we had to make due the best we could to sleep. first thing in the morning we got a call from Rachel & had an in person meeting. she had a very concerned attitude that things slipped through the cracks. she immediately went into action and we received great personal care. it was from her efforts that we did enjoy our stay & would stay again, Thank you Rachel

breakfast could have been better

First time back since during the pandemic. Much more enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was vastly improved (compared to in the pandemic). But the most important thing is cleanliness. When a room is dirty you can't relax and you can't sleep and you don't want to touch anything. I travel with an Akita who finds every scent. It is disgusting when his nose is glued to something (in the middle of the bed or anywhere else), but here he didn't find anything that got his attention: an infallible nose found nothing. And from a human point of view it looked clean as well. So cleanliness is why I would come back, the pleasant staff and good breakfast make it a winner.

Housekeeping knocks on door early in the morning to get you out of there...she knocked and try to open the door. My guess is that she wanted to get her job done and go home early. I needed sleep ( 8:30 in the morning). That was very annoying, and creepy, as it happened every half hour, even with the no disturb sign on the door handle. When you see the door handle move...that is usually not a good sign ! I tried to talk to the housekeeper, but she did not even turn around and walked away...very rude !

The room was very clean. It was perfect for me, my son and grandma. The staff was friendly and seemed to like their job. The housekeepers are very tidy and did their job well. The property was clean and we felt safe being there. We spent the entire day in the pool. The pool area was exceptional. Very clean and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will look forward to staying you with again.

Breakfast were very good and the woman that took care of the breakfast area was very good. One of the morning desk staff were borderline rude, he was young man grungy hair and glasses rest of staff was very friendly.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, room has everything you'd need , good breakfast. Staff was friendly and kept property clean. We didn't have a car but we were able to cross the street and walk to grocery stores, do some shopping.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was nice & they had a great set up for dogs. I'd stay here every time I'm in Bend.

The floor were kind of dirty but since we had 2 dogs with us it was no big deal. At least we weren't concerned with tracking dirt in.

The room was clean and comfortable. The property was as it is described in pictures. The staff was very nice. There was ample space to walk my dog.

There was a homeless encampment on property adjacent to the hotel. The homeless people did not come on to the hotel property, but we had full view of the activities in the encampment as we entered or exited our room.
