Lance and Kevin were so great at the front desk! It was our first family trip and being able to feel welcome made a huge difference. I love how they listened to me share my excitement! Stacey helped us with an extra blanket and pillow for our pull out bed because we were already using the extra one in our room! Everyone was so kind we left a tip in the room because our experience was so wonderful! The place was cleaned and staff was tentative to all of their guest! What can I say, our stay was perfect!

Very clean and nice rooms. Jeff was extremely nice and helpful when we needed last minute early check in and he suggested some great restaurants for us. Great breakfast as well.

Way over priced. I’ve stayed at many SpringHill Suites and they’ve never been this expensive. We were in town for the Fairwell Festival and every hotel was sold out except for a few and they all had their prices marked up crazy high. Unfortunately we had no other option and needed somewhere to stay.

We came for a concert and stayed for a night. Hotel was better than expected. Plus for being walkable to the amphitheater about 12 min. Room is spacious and comfortable, with fridge, microwave. Also enough room for a sitting area plus writing desk. Staff was very nice and quick to get us checked in. Lobby was well kept with coffee and water available to guests which is a nice touch.

Open spa and pool til at least 11 or midnight would be nice.

Well we weren’t able to stay as long as we expected we had to get on the road fast but the place was very nice very clean staff was friendly I just wish I could’ve stayed longer And the only thing that I did not like about it is that there was no bathtub so I can relax but I know that everything was great and I would definitely stay at this place again when I have more time

The check in person I think her name was Taylor was so friendly and amazing. I haven't had a greeting like that and smiles since way before COVID. What a treat. The pool was nice and very clean.

Safes in the room. It doesn't really work for jewelry etc, to have to go to the front desk. Also I thought i would be on the other side and see West with a King bed which is what I booked. My double queen was fine but I would have preferred the other. I did not know you needed to ask for maid service I could have used fresh towels and dishes pick up.

Overall room, facility, and location were very good

Breakfast - eggs were obviously filled and way too salty, use real eggs and let people put their own salt, also not enough fresh food options. Room - lose the bathroom barn door! What a pain. Also, 5$ for a bottle of water in the room. That's a joke.

The location was amazing, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I think the only thing missing was that the place could have provided bottled water to guests but there was a lemon water dispenser at the lobby. Overall my family had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Staff also kind and accommodating.

Loved the cucumber water and amenities like full breakfast and bar. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very comfortable.

The sheets were rough and scratchy like a cheaper quality or old set. It’s the only thing that wasn’t very good but really made a difference because it put a damper on my sleep.

We have stayed here before and loved it! This time they actually had a complimentary breakfast with eggs, waffles, etc. They did not have this available due to COVID so that was a welcome surprise! The room was extremely clean and we loved the view of Awbrey Butte we got from our room. Thank you!

Unfortunately, there was one thing we did not like about our stay this time around. The bed. For some reason, we had a firm bed. I do not know if there was an option for a softer bed, but I feel if that is an option then it needs to be offered to guests. The last time we stayed here I felt like we had a softer bed. Also, the linens were lacking. We had to turn up the heat in our room to stay warm. Again, I am sure I could have asked for more linens, but to have just a sheet and thin blanket seemed kind of weird to us.

Great location, handy to old bend and downtown (all walkable). Rooms superb quality for money, large beds, comfy, loads space. Breakfast buffet good and staff very helpful. Has full bar and good food although didn't use these facilities. Also pool and spa but again didn't use these - think excellent choice for money
