This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Rooms are spacious, well appointed and super comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay again and for additional time :) It was our first time in Nashville and this was a great find! We chose this property because it was 'downtown' without being right in the middle of 'downtown'. Freeway access was easy and quick, without having to fight any downtown commute traffic as we left in the morning.

Very clean and modern design. Great breakfast buffet and rooms are spacious with all amenities you need. Also shout out to Dennis and Ms Wanda from the breakfast crew - friendly staff members who seem to really love their jobs.

Staff members at reception were totally disengaged and not friendly. Not sure if they’ve had a bad day but we spoke to 3 different people and all seemed annoyed when approached.

The staff was amazing as well as the valets. The room was clean and comfortable. Due to having knee surgery two weeks prior to staying, I was limited in my walking. The front desk clerk told me to let her know if there was anything at all she could do for me to make my stay more comfortable. She even offered to bring me an ice bag!! I will definitely stay here if ever in Nashville again.

The staff was super friendly

It was hard to get help when needed due to how busy it was. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was very little compared to other places I've stayed at. Which I've paid less money to stay at. I thought there would be other options other then muffins, cereal and some egg bagel thing. Maybe I'm being to harsh but just had higher expectations for such a nice place.

The breakfast was a bit of a mess, and there were several items that were out. Not the best I've experienced.

The last day when I was leaving, the clerk at the desk was not the friendliest. She seemed to be very irritated that she needed to help me. This was unique to this property, as I have always had kind and friendly staff, and did when I checked in.

I brought my mother here to celebrate her birthday weekend, but she, like myself, don’t like the busy-ness of big downtown hotel lobbies, elevators and even parking. Honestly, we heard loud stomping at night and dogs barking early in the morning although we were on the 5th floor. Other than that, it couldn’t have been better. My mom loved everything and even cried saying ‘You outdid yourself’. I was determined to celebrate her in a way that best suited her likes and this location and peaceful-ness was ideal.

The arbitrary stomping/banging late at from the people next door & the early morning barking from 2 dogs.

Breakfast was ok. Didn’t offer much. Location was good but we were in the middle of a construction site. We loved having a balcony.

The noise of the construction was all day. It started early in the morning. Didn’t care for the valet service.

I loved how clean this property was but mostly how close it was to downtown Nashville

I liked that my suite was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need. It was very clean and the staff was exceptional

Breakfast selection could have been better but was decent.

Parking could be a struggle on days that are more crowded. Was not an issue when we visited thought.
