Parking attendants were efficient though $42/day is pricey, and not sure if valet are compensated from that charge. Felt obligated to tip additional. Bistro was nice, gym facilities were very nice! Additional common areas for gathering was a nice feature. The pool area was a bit tight and not enough loungers but it worked ok. Bistro prices were a bit high so we chose to eat elsewhere. Oatmeal $9-$11 (really?) Staff did not inform me of the spending limit on breakfast which was included. Front desk adjust my bill accordingly, which I was I appreciative. The bathrooms seemed dated but showers were hot. :) I would like the option to run off the balcony light. West End traffic is very loud in the evening. Hotel lobby bathrooms were clean and overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Plenty of choices of good restaurants within walking distance! Staff was always helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Best regards

Bathroom layout. Loud traffic cars/motorcycles speeding with loud exhaust on west end. (Not the fault of Marriott) problem but rarely saw police the whole week) Would like to have a shuttle option for Broadway transportation.

The location to lower Broadway is great, all staff that I came in contact with couldn't be more helpful, which made my stay that much better. The room was super comfortable, housekeeping made sure that my room was made up regularly for my 10 night stay. Overall I would recommend Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt West End as a great hotel to stay for those visiting Nashville.

The only negative point was that the pool was not open for my stay, didn't really bother me to much though as I was primarily there to explore Nashville..

We came to Nashville for a week end of fun. Everything was good at the Marriott. I did notice the curtains in our room were pretty dirty at the top of them Clearly they haven't been washed in a long time. RM 1408. Some other people commented on the noise level around the hotel. We did wake up early to typical city noises and we slept with our window open so I think that is to be expected. The location was good. It is a straight shot to Broadway which we walked every day. It took us about 30 min to walk so not bad. Next time I think I would stay somewhere else just to be closer. Overall a good stay. I found the staff to be friendly!

The room was exactly what we need with a comfy bed and clean shower facilities. There is also washing facilities on site which we found very beneficial as we were traveling around America for 80 days. We were able to purchase washing detergent from the shop on site which again we found very ideal. The location is slightly further out with about a 35/40min walk to the main bars along the strip however, this was fine with us and we were aware of this when booking. We generally felt safe walking back to our hotel late at night which was nice as neither me or my partner had visited Nashville before.

Although the staff were helpful, we did find them very disengaged and bored when they spoke to you at the front desk which was a shame.

The room was spacious and comfy! The location was close to everything we wanted to do, from eateries to bars and shops. The hotel staff was superbly accommodating and friendly. AND breakfast and coffee were delicious!

The hotel's fire alarm went off at 12:45 a.m. and didn't get turned off until 1:55 a.m. There was no fire in the building but there was some sort of malfunction with the alarm and they couldn't get it turned off. However, we were well compensated for the inconvenience so no complaints here!

The location is very convenient, a short drive to downtown, one block from the hop on hop off bus stop, various attractions walking distance, the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, nice gym, very good breakfast made to order, staff was friendly.

Valet parking 40 bucks per night was not reasonable since the cars were parked behind the hotel in the hotel parking garage, all the noises from the street get in the room, poor acoustic insulation from the street; the pool was dry so we could not use it.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool was opened during our stay, while it's nothing fancy it was nice to take a dip in during a HOT Nashville weekend.

The only thing I didn't like, and it's probably just me because I'm a weirdo that unpacks on my trips, there wasn't a dresser for your belongings. There were just two small drawers and a closet. But they give you plenty of hangers so I made it work.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The valet parking was very useful, as parking in that area is not easy to find. The location made everywhere that I needed to go easily accessible by car but the hotel is also located in an area with great food and is within a 15 min walk to get to downtown Nashville, if that's your thing ;)

I wish there was a better breakfast option. They have a Starbucks bistro, but that was limited for what I would have liked. Also, the bar was always closed by 9pm while I was there. One last thing was that the cleaning service serviced my room, even though I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I was not in the room at the time, but that should never happen, regardless.

Good sized room with balcony at our request. Perfect location for us, 25 minute walk directly into Downtown Nashville. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and good to spend time there using the balcony especially.

Few minor things could have been improved - we booked for 8 days but had to keep asking for coffee for the room, toilet rolls and soap dispensers etc to be replenished. Everything was done immediately on request, but given the price paid we should not have had to chase these things up.

Great restaurants nearby. Great room! easy to use the hop on bus

No airport shuttle!? Pool was closed and it was in the 90s! Valet parking at $92!? glad we didn’t rent a car but that lobby/entry is a cluster F with people waiting for Lyft/Uber
