I booked this hotel for my parents, and from start to finish it was class A quality. From the check-in process to the checkout, it was an excellent experience. My parents are survivors of a harsh tornado that hit Arkansas this year, so when they came to visit me, I wanted to give them an extra day to visit the area and to see nice things. They were treated like royalty at this hotel and even given an upgrade so that they could have free breakfast on the VIP level. The concierge told me that she would be checking in on them, and she kept her word. She even called me when she initially did not get an answer from their room. Even the car valets were top notch. I made sure to tip them. I cannot express how much of a deal this hotel is. It's a luxury hotel downtown, and the price is incredibly reasonable especially compared to other downtown hotels that are frankly not even as nice. I would definitely book this for my parents or any other guests coming into town again. The Loews at Vanderbilt definitely have a new fan. They should call me to do a commercial! Hahaha! Seriously, though, I highly recommend it if you are a tourist coming in and need a central place to be. It's the perfect location and a beautiful hotel.

I always stay here when I work in Nashville. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The hotel is clean and very nice. I like the coffee shop as well.

I called the front desk to have my car brought up because I would be in a hurry to leave. They said 15 mins, I told them asap. I went down, my car wash my there and the valet said nobody ever called him to get my car. He apologized and quickly got my car. Also when you walk in the hotel there is a heavy perfume odor. I’m not sensitive to smells but it’s always strong. Perhaps a more subtle spa smell would be better.

The atmosphere, the food, drinks, décor & soft bedding was all wonderful- especially the BBQ chicken ceasar flatbread from the bar 🙌

I wish there had been somewhere to store my leftovers from the hotel bar. My food just went to waste when I couldn't finish it, which was disappointing after spending what we spent on the food, and our room. Also, the plug sockets by the bed were very loose - our chargers would not stay plugged in so it was a small inconvenience to charge our phones across the room. Also, I STRONGLY suggest getting more than one shuttle vehicle. After calling the shuttle service, we were given a 45 min time frame and told we would get a call back when he was back. We waited an hour and called to check in when we never got a call back. I was told there was a shift change and the new driver didn't know to call us so we had to wait another hour before being able to actually leave.

Very clean and lovely look, the staff was amazing, I loved how there was live music every night, and the shuttle to take you right down to all the attractions was perfect.

The drinks were quite pricey and the food and service for breakfast could have been better. the first day we went for breakfast we must have waited 10 minutes to be seated, even though there were multiple tables available. Then once we were seated it took a while to place an order. we saw people come and go - presumably because they were waiting too long. The second time we went, there was only one person there and he was amazing, we quickly got seated and he was moving through to all the tables seamlessly to take orders.

Location is good since I was being treated at Vanderbilt hospital practically next door. Room is nicely appointed, and beds were comfortable. Room service food quality was very good and service was exceptional.

Wifi speed was SLOW and lost connection often. Price for parking was ridiculously high. Even 2-star properties in Nashville have refrigerators and microwaves in the room which this property didn't. When I entered the room all of the drawers and cabinets were open and an ozone machine was setting on the desk and still running.

Great location. Beautiful hotel! Amazing staff! Always helpful and friendly. Food and drinks were great.

Only part I didn’t like was that when you took a shower water would leak from the door way and onto the floor and soak the floor. After I was dried off I would have to dry the floor.

The location was a bit far. Considering the price of the room, I could of paid like $40 more to stay closer to Broadway and saved on Ubers.

The cleaning staff took from our snack bar and mini fridge. We came home to find someone has taken a box of jelly beans. The next day it was replaced. When we left, we had a bill for an additional $140 in wine and snacks we did not eat. The reception staff had it removed, but kind of sketchy it got there in the first place.

Nothing! It was a great stay! Only thing I would say is that the shuttle service to downtown is a great amenity but was never available when we tried to use it
