The staff were absolutely amazing! Michelle at the front desk, Trish at the lobby bar....super friendly and helpful -- treated us like old friends. Rooms were spacious and had kitchenettes which (although we didn't use) was a great feature for longer term stays. Beds were very comfortable and shower had quick hot water with nice pressure. Hot breakfast every day with plenty of seating in the breakfast area was a treat, and plenty of underground parking with easy entry and exit for the rental car.

While the mattresses were super comfy, the pillows were quite flat so it would have been nicer to have better and firmer pillows. The AC in the room was a bit sporadic so it got a little warm while you were sleeping if it decided to not work for a while. And the location is excellent for anybody in the Vanderbilt / Midtown area for health service needs...but not really optimal for walking into downtown to enjoy Broadway. It's about two miles which is fine in 68 degrees and flat, not 90 degrees with some steep hills. Superb location away from the chaos of CMA Fest and Broadway as long as you have a car or willing to Uber each day.

The breakfast was delicious and the place where breakfast was served was beautiful and so was our room. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully! My husband had eye surgery and couldn't drive so the hotel was very convenient for us. It was only 4 blocks from where he had surgery. We also had a great view of the Nashville sky line from our room! Our room had a kitchenette and very comfortable sitting area and a very comfortable king bed.

The location was within driving distance of downtown. The food was good. Not always hot but good. The staff serving food was excellent. Polite got what we needed and always smiling. Our room was great clean, comfortable, and quiet. The shower curtain wasn't long enough so we had to use our towels on the floor to mop up all the water. Only problem was that when we arrived the manager cancelled my reservations when I was mid air on a plane that I had paid for weeks prior. Everything was confirmed and paid for. I was never given an apology. That in my eyes is bad business and some one should take a course on customer service. If it wasnt for Daniel we would have no place to stay that evening. If provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us. The sad thing is that he told his manager that he needed hime to stay to help figure out the problem and he chose to go home anyways.

Great location to midtown Nashville, all staff super helpful and attentive. When our flight home was unexpectedly delayed for 5hours they allowed us to stay and use all the facilities whilst we waited. Nice buffet breakfast with good breakfast options to set you up for the day and you can take back up to your room if you wish. Rooms very comfortable and great size.

The front desk staff were very friendly and made check in very easy. The room was the perfect size for our stay with an amazing shower!

The breakfast staff was very rude, with exception of one sweet lady that was very interactive and outgoing. The maid service didn’t service our room everyday like I was told, and was very sloppy when they did. I had to ask for new towels and my bed only got made once throughout my trip.

The hotel was new & modern. Extremely clean & room was spacious. The pool was so clean & nice. We enjoyed it daily. Tim the pool / maintenance guy was so nice & helpful. Kevin was also so helpful with fresh towels daily & anything we needed. He was a pleasure. The breakfast was free & delicious. It was changed each day so we had great variety. We will definitely be back again. It was our first time staying @ a Staybridge suites. We were impressed.

The only things I feel could be improved was to get maid service daily . Also for parking to be free. We did enjoy the parking garage though it was spacious & safe.

Very unhappy with unexpected fees. Parking is $30/day at the property. The parking garage was practically empty and had plenty of space!

Room was great for 4 of us sharing, 2 big bedrooms, kitchen, living area & 2 bathrooms. Excellent breakfast and a quick Uber/Lyft to downtown.

The outdoor terrace area could have benefitted from sun loungers as well as the tables & chairs

Our garbage was not emptied the entire week and we always had to ask for clean towels at the front desk. One occasion housekeeping did not bring them up. I’m not sure what the expectations are when staying for a week regarding housekeeping. We don’t need the room cleaned or the bed made but just fresh towels and the garbage emptied. That being said the room was VERY clean when we arrived 👍
