The location is very convenient to get to Broadway. 10-15 minutes easy walk. Beakfast is good. There is convenient parking at the hotel, which costs $35 plus tax,

Front desk told us that there is no free coffee in the lobby. In fact there was. Strange...

The location is excellent for Broadway and most of downtown. Very safe and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great and well organised. The pool is lovely to use. The bar staff were so friendly and helpful.

We found the air conditioning a little noisy but nothing to stop us enjoying our stay.

Only one bed made in our room when requesting housekeeping. Coffee not restocked. Not sure why rooms have powder creamer when there is half and half and individual cartons of milk downstairs. Also one teabag for a room that sleeps 4? Plus no kettle to make tea? The barman, we decided a few times not to use the bar and get marketplace drinks as he was working. He couldn’t make me a drink I ordered off the menu. Food served in polystyrene container. No bacon at breakfast. The lobby toilets were so dirty I had to walk round to the pool. 3 elevators - all have different buttons, all have different markings, very odd. They should be consistent. And say lobby/reception in each at the very least.

The property was so clean, full stocked with everything you can imagine, breakfast was exceptional, beds were absolutely the best, front desk help from Ashley AND everyone else to was perfect! Gabriel, the bar tender , was full of information for my husband and myself AND he makes the best margaritas! I can’t wait to return next year!!!

There was nothing at all to complain about, everyone at the hotel put the cherry on top of our vacation Sunday!

Out of the hotel, turn left and walk straight down the street to downtown Nashville in 10-15 mins (uphill on the way back, worth noting for those that might struggle). Location was perfect as in close, but away from the hustle and bustle. Typical business type hotel, rooms attended to every other day, breakfast buffet, hotel gym and an indoor swimming pool (probably useful in the summer).

Seems to be the hangout for some homeless, just down from the main door. I never had an issue, but some people would have an issue with it.

Great location, away from the hassle and bussle from Broadway Honky Tonks, but close enough (3-4blocks) to walk downtown to enjoy the Nashville entertainments !🎶 Rooms were clean and spacious, with a full kitchen, and a great bathroom/shower.

Breakfast hours are very limited (by 9am everything is gone) and it's very crowded, so food runs out quite fast. Breakfast is okay, but not exceptional. There is no coffee/hot water available in the lobby after hours even at the bar! Pool is small and warm, and beds are very soft ...

Closeness to all we wanted to see. Staff assisted with Uber to Grand Ole Opry. Pool was just what was required after a long hot day on our feet. Bfast was welcomed and set us up for day. Shower was AMAZING. Allowed to leave car parked until we needed to leave later in day after checkout.

Could have done with decoration touch ups, but suppose this just means well used hotel, didn't distract from stay. Couldn't lower the temp, too far, of Aircon (Scottish travellers feeling the heat could have done with lower temp!) Contacted hotel prior to visit re room with view (as we'd stayed in Hyatt before in other cities) and told they could accommodate but our view was car park and neighbouring hotel rooms!!! Maybe best view they had but could have just told us this rather than have us disappointed. In saying the above it didn't do anything to spoil our stay you just asked what was not liked. We had a ball

The room was quiet, modern, bright, spacious and clean and allowed for a comfortable 3+ night stay. The shower area was large and the water pressure was amazing. The room furniture (beds, dressers, daybed/sofa etc.) were ample. The location is fantastic, a 12-15 minute walk from Broadway, without the noise from that area. Breakfast was quite good, with enough options for everyone. Hyatt House is also close to other amenities - really well-located!

Truthfully, we found the staff accommodating (especially Wyatt) but honestly lacking in friendliness. When you travel, you hope to feel welcomed and valued and this was not at all the case. In fact, several staff were quite "sour" to interact with, acting as if our questions/needs were somehow inconvenient. As well, although breakfast was very good, the weekday hours are not practical - 6:00 - 9:00am is too early and too small a window especially for a town where you are likely to have a few late nights. In fact, one morning, at precisely 8:58am, a kitchen staff member slammed the breakfast area shut even though many people were still hoping for access. It was startling & rude. So, if you do stay here (and we do recommend it), be sure to run down for breakfast no later than 8:30am! :)

Location, room, facilities

During the check-in they told us that the breakfast was until 9.30 am on weekdays. When we came to breakfast at 9.15 am, staff informed us we in a not pleasant way that breakfast was only till 9 am. When we informed them that we were told that breakfast was till 9.30 am, they just let us know that it was written that was breakfast 9 am. Well, no idea where that was written, but we don’t double check things we are informed about orally. And just to mention there was another couple who also said that they were told that breakfast is still 9.30 am, so there seems no clear information which causes frustration.

The location was lovely, about a 15 minute walk from Broadway (the "party central" of Nashville). It was a treacherous walk in the thick ice, but it would probably be better on a nicer day. The pool was amazing. Clean, well-kept, and with plenty of towels. It was heated, closed in, and didn't feel crowded at all. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. From helping us find refreshments to assisting a friend who was nervous of elevators, they were quick to serve their community. The room was clean and orderly. The shower had great water pressure and there were plenty of clean, dry towels.

I felt like the breakfast was a bit lacking. There wasn't much variety. I think it would benefit from a waffle/pancake machine, or at least multiple toasters. Everybody was kind of hovering/crowding around the one toaster. The food offered was decent, but a few other pastry or hot food items could have helped with the crowding and lack of variety.
