Very comfortable bed and bedding, great aircon, good location for music city, Broadway etc. Nice lobby with useful shop, games etc.

I really don’t understand why the breakfast is served with disposable plates, cutlery etc. it makes no sense to claim to be green/environmentally conscious, and not to wash up breakfast items. This is especially bizarre when each room has kitchen items and a dishwasher! The environmental impact is huge, with plastic cutlery, plastic juice cups, throw away coffee cups with lids etc.. Very little sound proofing meant I could hear the elevator each time it made a sound to say it had arrived which was super annoying.

Perfect location, nice happy helpful staff, best breakfast ever, so much to eat and so many options, cute hot chocolate bar and awesome guest area with pool table, foosball table and shuffle table plus music and a little cute store on site! This is so far THE BEST Home2suites Hotel we’ve been to! I already bragged about it to our family and friends and my dad who was visiting from Brazil was super impressed with the quality of the breakfast served! Oh and the garage is a plus; super safe and only guests can come in

Spacious lobby, location, staff

Bathroom door was way way too close to the toilet, almost impossible to maneuver around in the washroom. We liked the outdoor patio however one bbq didn’t work the entire week we were there, and the opposite sink didn’t work either the entire time. We did call staff to check it for us as well. Also black granite countertops in a place that gets as hot as Nashville is a bad design, we could not use the countertops for anything. Could not place the food or dishes as everything either partially cooked or melted from the heat.

The breakfast was great. They had plenty to offer including make your own waffles, pancakes with lots of toppings. Also had eggs, sausage, fruits, yogurt, cereal, etc.

We enjoyed everything. The only thing we were taken back was they didn't allow us to purchase food/drink during 4pm check in because they were busy and we were told we would have to come back to buy even though it was a 24/7 market. This policy should change as a paying guest that waits their turn should be able to quickly purchase a couple waters/snacks.

Everything was clean and very well maintained, well decorated and offered entertainment, a large variety of beverages (alcoholic and non) and snacks in the lobby. offered free water and popcorn at check in. staff was amazing! Especially the breakfast/waffle maker who serenaded us with country songs while he danced and made our waffles. breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. I also loved the fact that when I walked in my room, my TV had a banner with my name welcoming us to Nashville.

it was a little disheartening to pay almost $800 for a two night stay and have to pay to park in their parking garage.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Too much pre-packaged. Location was very special, very central- walking distance to everything.

I didn't like the room. it was on the second floor, and the view was blocked by a plastic fence, as the pool area and some outdoor seating was behind it. Luckily it was December and there was little to no outdoor activities.

Lovely large room! Spotlessly clean, very quiet, great location. Fantastic breakfast, loved the pancake machine! Great having 24 hour access to coffee, tea, iced water & muffins in reception. All the staff were great, really helpful & friendly. Particular mention to Sacha who went out of her way to help & advise us on Nashville.

It would have been really useful to have a safe in our room.

I loved the proximity to downtown Nashville this hotel provided. We walked everywhere while we were here. Broadway, The Bridgestone, all the museums, and amazing food from Assembly Food Hall was all in walking distance. So if you don’t want to rent a car or pay for parking while you stay this needs to be your go to hotel every time!

The front desk customer service was helpful and friendly. The security of the building and room was great. They had a good breakfast buffet. The room was nice. It was almost like a apartment with the kitchenette included.

Would have liked to have firmer mattresses. That is just our personal preference on mattresses. The bed was still comfortable enough to sleep on.

Cleanliness, availability and breakfast bar

That we tried getting into the parking garage and the doors wouldn’t open (which I understand things happen) but it was at 3am and I tried calling to see what we could do and the guy told me on the phone he didn’t know and I could drive around the block. That was frustrating considering you have to pay for parking
