Great location! Just 10-15 min walk to the Broadway which was perfect for us. We didn’t have much involvement with staff as you check in at a kiosk which was easy to use. Apartment had everything you could need, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer. Theres a gym and pool which was a great addition

Something very very minor but theres a coffee machine but no coffee or milk so if you are here for a short stay, i dont know how beneficial the machine will be to you

Location was great. Lovely space and nice furniture. Nice having ensuite laundry and we used the dryer to dry our towels.

Garbage trucks seem to come every few days and make a lot of noise early in the morning banging the bins. Otherwise very quiet. Could have used more towels. I use 2 for my shower. Lack of low lighting options. Under the counter lights are out in the kitchen. We had to request a lightbulb for the living area which took 2 days to have installed....seems a bit excessive for a light bulb. Blinds don't block out the early morning sunshine. Would love to have black out curtains available. Bring your eye patches! Could have used a hook in the shower area to keep the towel handy for getting out.

The pool is fantastic and the rooms are very large.

Our bedroom was filled with light ALL NIGHT LONG. We overlooked the pool and despite shutting the white shade, there was so much light in the room it was difficult to sleep.

Great location, very clean, great workout facility, great pool area but to cold to utilize over Thanksgiving weekend. Very easy walk to downtown where all the activities are. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They need to add some room darkening drapes or curtains. The translucent pull down blinds, only obstruct viewing but do nothing for the lights at night or the sunshine in the early morning. If you want to sleep in after a long night of adventuring you better bring an eye mask as its like sleeping with the lights on inside the apartment. The shower water flow is not good. They must have a flow limiter to reduce water usage, but having a nice shower with some power is always a nice way to start or finish your day.

What an exceptional week we have had! I am so pleased to have found this gem! We visited for week two of our honeymoon after exploring Gatlinburg and the smokeys so wanted our own space and use of pool alongside the buzz of Nashville. i had seen a lot of negative comments about accessing the property/check in and nobody being on reception to assist but this couldn't be further from the truth! We received the building access code and lock box code 2hrs before our anticipated arrival, were able to complete all pre check in documents ie ID check and Credit Card input ahead of arrival which saved time. We parked our car in the carpark outside for an hour just whilst we unloaded and checked in as were returning the car to airport that afternoon ($5 paid via app) Reception was manned but upon arrival key code access and instructions were simple and we didn't need their assistance. Our room was bright and spacious and had everything we needed, event the pool view we requested! coffee, laundry & dishwasher detergent topped up as and when we needed. Someone was on reception at all times of the day whether it was as we were heading out in the morning or coming in during the early hours. The location was close enough to Broadway and other attractions (12min walk to Broadway) but far enough away to get some down time too! Loved the pool and the comfy lounger beds, the outside fire and sofas were a nice touch too. it was nice after being away for so long to have a fully functioning kitchen and Dollar General express in walking distance. The bed was SO comfy and the Pillows were dreamy! I had seen a few negative comments about the room being too bright in the mornings, this wasn't an issue and we thought it was plenty dark enough, some mornings sleeping in until 11am not realising it was morning as so dark and quiet! We were so sad to leave and cant wait to come back and stay again!

Only a minor comment, that hasn't effected our stay at all and can't be helped, but there is some heavy construction work going on opposite that was loud when on the balcony and by the pool. This couldn't be heard from our room once the balcony doors were shut so didn't effect sleep etc, and was respectfully only during the day/Monday - Friday and no work on the weekend. Just a minor niggle but still loved the place!

It was a nice place located centrally downtown. We drove a mile-ish to a predators game. Walked to starbucks the next morning. Was quiet. Unit was in great condition, was spacious and had anything we could've needed from full size laundry machines. A large shower and bathroom. An open and spacious cooking area. Comfortable couch and view in the living room. The bedroom was kind of small, mostly consumed by the bed itself however, that's all you need in there, right!? Very comfortable bed as well.

Paying for parking was ridiculous. $40 a night after $200 is absurd. That really would be it though. And here's another sentence because booking dot com requires it. And one more small one, almost there. YAY! That's it

The bathroom has some black grime in a couple corners of the shower. We did not receive our confirmation email with the code to get in, and when we were able to talk to someone at the desk, we realise that the information had been sent to our home phone number which is a landline. The person at the desk happily , sent the information to our Cell. And then we did not receive a check out email, and I presume this was then sent to our home phone number? On two occasions I reached out to the email provided and I did not receive any response at all. We also tried to call with no response.

It was new and everything was in great shape

Check in was slightly different than a typical hotel check-in. I had an issue, but someone at the desk solved my issue. She was very helpful.

Good location for restaurants and music. We had a number of maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly.

Not great having a construction site directly across from the building. I really do not like this automated key process, needed reception to sort it out, so effectively the system was of no use. The fridge needed defrosting when we arrived, broken door closer, patio door did not lock, ironing board fell to pieces when we took it out. All of the this should have been identified by housekeeping before we got the keys. However, the maintenance man was very good and quickly resolved our issues.
