Great price. loved the river and geese

Not enough seats for breakfast. it was too chilly to sit outside. We went down twice, couldn’t sit down either time. People were saving tables for others that weren’t even down there yet. Didn’t go back down. Could be a reason we look for a different hotel for next trip

Overall the room was comfortable. However, the bathroom was tiny (hard to close the door once you stepped inside) and the toilet often took multiple flushes, I would recommend getting an interior room or one that was on the riverside of the building. Our room faced Parkway and the traffic noise was a major problem late at night and early in the morning - it was so loud it would wake you up. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food. We didn't use the pool; however, it obviously had too much chlorine as we could smell it from outside the pool enclosure.

The bathroom and the toilet. The bathroom is too small. The door opened inward; when I stepped inside it was awkard trying to find a place to stand while closing the door. The toilet is awful; it's noisy (could hear other toilets being flushed) and it often took multiple flushes to clear the toilet.

The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable also. We always try to stay here in this particular Econolodge because it's always clean, has nice rooms, and the location is great. But the main reason we always try to stay here is because of 1) how clean the rooms are and 2) how comfortable the beds are. We've already stayed here 6 or 7 different times. Will stay there the next time we come back also. CLEANLINESS IS THE MAIN THING I LOOK FOR! But I do always check for (bed) bugs or any kind of bugs regardless of where we stay, each time we stay, in every single state we vacation in, not just in Pigeon Forge!!! I give this particular Econolodge a 10 out of 10 😊

Liked everything!!!

With the price being such a value, the hotel was above what we were expecting. Clean, Courteous, easy access restaurants, activities, and shopping. The pool was great. And I know this is not necessarily something that everyone looks for, but they have outside smoking areas, but located where the smoke would not be an issue for non-smokers, or near the entrance to any room. I believe in being fair to everyone. I can't comment on pets, I don't know if pets are allowed. The location was great. I will definitely stay there again.

The Breakfast was ok. There was milk, cereal, toast, bagels, juice, coffee, sausage links, eggs. biscuits, gravy, yogurt, and breakfast bars, packs of oatmeal. I wish there had been a rotation of meats, since I don't eat sausage, but there were enough other options that would hold me over until lunch.

I love the location! It was perfect for us for everything we did while visiting. I love the balcony area because I enjoy watching the traffic. I enjoyed being able to take my kids to swim even though it was raining and thundering/lightning outside. I love the riverside part too. It was relaxing out there. I definitely would book another stay here!

Even though I stated that I enjoyed the pool, I did wish the water was a little cooler especially for the summer season. Also the pool hall could’ve had a little better ventilation for air as it was so consumed by the chlorine it would burn your eyes even if you weren’t actually in the water. My son and I were also disappointed that there wasn’t a waffle maker for breakfast and more flavor options for coffee creamer. Even though all this, I would still book another stay!

Great location. Clean. Staff was amazing. Through no fault of the property- we requested to change rooms. Long story short- there was a group above us that was ridiculously loud until 1-2 in the morning. We asked to have our room changed, but we were on our way back from Crossville and was about 2 hours away from hotel. The lead housekeeper was kind enough to wait until we got back from Crossville (which was about 20 minutes after their shift ended) and the head front desk employee (I’m sorry- I don’t remember her name) was so apologetic and so accommodating. We were so thankful for such a friendly staff and would recommend staying here to anyone. Thanks again to the amazing staff- our second night there was so much more relaxing and we had a wonderful stay!!!!

Walls were a little thin- could hear neighbors voices.

The room was very clean if a little outdated. The bathroom was spotless and smelled nice. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Also the room was very quiet. No thin walls, where you hear the neighbors. Location was great for our destination (Dollywood) and for other activities in Pigeon Forge. For the money, in this resort area, it was a very good value.

The table and chairs were oversized for the space available, and were right on top of the bed, which caused a trip/toe stub hazard. We both met the table leg with our feet. It appears that there was a new A/C unit installed that worked great, but intruded on the space in which the table and chairs had formerly, comfortably fit. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Everything was great. The pool was open till 11 at night which was awesome. Because we kept getting back late around 9 and the kids still wanted to swim so it was nice to see it was open till 11

I love the Continental breakfast but seemed like it was lacking some of the other things like waffles. Or pancakes and bacon the biscuits and gravy was a little plain but I understand that it's hard to season everything for everyone. Staff did a wonderful job of keeping it clean

The pool was fun. All the attractions were pretty close, they were within walking distance.

Biggest complaint was after our second day out when we made it back our room keys wouldn't work, neither one of them. But what's concerning was we told them we wanted no disturbance for the days while we were there. After we got new keys go back to our room just to find out that housekeeping wasn't our room all new towels and beds made and our stuff that was on the bed was moved. Also the floor plan to find the lobby can be confusing they could use signs directing you.
