We stay at this property often, several times a year. It is consistently clean & comfortable. The staff is very welcoming. Even the manager, who I’m sure is very busy, takes time to make sure your stay is a great one. The value is great, especially considering the breakfast included is better then going to some restaurants in the area. I’ll keep staying here every visit, they take pride in this hotel.

The pool & hot tub were closed for renovations and that was upsetting. But from the looks of it I’m sure it’ll be worth the closure on our next visit. The ice machine on our floor died during our stay. We had to go to another floor for ice but these things happen and they were working on it immediately.

We originally booked just one day, Sunday, then decided to add on Saturday on the spur of the moment and front desk was very accommodating. They worked hard looking at a way to keep us in the same room on both days and came up with a solution that allowed us to stay in the same room. I LOVE that they enforce their pet policy. Service dogs only, as in legitimate 'service dogs', not some lap skunk that somebody wants to play smoochie face with or push around in a stroller that they let climb all over the chairs and furniture. The problem with these ignoramuses is they think their little lap skunk is cute but they forget that others may have allergies to pets. So KUDOS to Clarion for taking the stance on this.

Clothes were left in the drawer from a previous guest. As a courtesy I strip the beds when I leave. unfortunately one pillow was so old it was yellow and had a reddish stain on it. I didn't have a forensic kit with me but you can tell it was blood. However, this won't stop us from staying here again.

Great place - very clean - smelled good - good location - parking was good. Breakfast was good as well with lots of options.

The only minor complaint I have is the hot tub could have been hotter - it was more like bath water

Breakfast was very good. Loved the biscuits and gravy. Swimming pool and hot tub were great. Loved the fire pit.

Our room was a handicapped room and was very big. I was disappointed in the shower. I thought the shower would be one that you could roll a wheelchair into and it was not. Mom would have to step over the bathtub and that would have been too much of a fall risk. But we did like how big the bathroom was. Very easy to move a wheelchair around in. Had to call and have bedspreads changed. There were spots on them that we thought was blood but the person changing them said it was red marker. Also had to mop the entry area. Asked the person that changed the bedspreads about getting it mopped. It was very sticky to walk on and was told it was sticky because they mopped it with too much cleaner on it. I took a towel and water and mopped it myself.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Pillows and bath linens we're great. The bathroom was nice, loved the shower. I liked there being a toilet room separate from the rest of the bathroom. We loved the balcony. Also, the rooms had excellent sound proofing. There was a loud child next door to us but we could only hear him in the hallway. We never heard any neighbors when we were inside our room.

One complaint would be the 1 ply toilet paper. As nice as the hotel is I would think the toilet paper wouldn't be like literal tissue paper. My only other complaint is the lack of adequate soaps and bath needs.

Check in was wonderful. Staff was extremely nice and kind. Shower in our room had wonderful pressure, plenty of hot water. We liked the separate / private "water closet" area. Hot tub in the pool area was nice. The location was good - we could walk to many places for food or entertainment, and it was easy to find.

The mattress actually had a sway to it - low in the middle and higher at each end. Needed more fluffy pillows. The balcony was dusty and dirty. The indoor pool was COLD even though it said heated. There were 4-5 lights out in the pool area. Housekeeping staff were LOUD in the morning, which woke us up before we wanted to rise.

I liked the cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms and the other areas. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.i also liked the Keurig coffee maker in the room and also that it had a microwave and mini fridge as well as a safe. The balcony was a nice place as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The location was a little tricky to find at first, but once you get used finding it, it was ok. I didn't use the pools or the hot tub or fitness area, so I don't have an opinion on it.

Stayed here for a few days and had great time. Room was perfect, hot breakfast served was very good, swimming pool indoor and outdoor both were open for use, water slide and outdoor hot tub were working and the kids had great time. Coffee was served all day. The location is excellent and at the heart of pigeon forge. This is our new favorite in pigeon forge and will be glad to stay here again.

The location is good, staff is friendly, building is clean.

When we booked I sent a message to the hotel requesting to be put on the front side of the building. I recieved a message back saying that we would be put on the 6th floor at the front. When we got to the hotel to check in we were told the room was not clean yet and we would be put on a different floor. I told the receptionist that I would like to wait for the room on the 6th floor and she ignored me and and said No, I will find you one that is clean. We ended up on a lower floor where our front view was blocked by other buildings. Later on we ended up seeing the ppl that were waiting to check in behind us out on the balcony of the floor we were supposed to be on.

We were in room 203. The staff was great, especially those at the front desk in the morning. They went over and above to help us with an urgent situation. Enjoyed the balcony, was able to decompress after a long day. Family enjoyed the pool, but disappointed the lazy river was gone. Hot Breakfast was served, and it was good. Room was clean (we did not have housekeeping come on during our stay). Loved that curtain was floor length, and went completely across window and door to balcony.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Just a few suggestions though; freezer inside mini fridge needed defrosting, in a few spots the wallpaper was coming off, couldn't watch lower channels on TV (channels blurred or blanked out). Even with all lights on in room it was still a little dark.
