Great price great room and very friendly staff

Specifically, the bathroom was not very clean but everything else was great.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and quick to meet our needs. The loft room was spacious. The double queen bed rooms were sufficient. I was surprised at how quiet it was in the rooms despite being in the middle of everything. Granted the AC drowned out much of the noise but we slept great. We especially enjoyed the two porches with rockers and the lodge look as opposed to a normal motel. It was also budget friendly compared to everywhere else.

It needs a little bit of attention. We had light bulbs out and outlets that didn’t work but nothing major. It’s not fancy but I didn’t feel like I was staying anywhere uncomfortable.

Our stay was pleasant. Great - The rooms with 2 queen beds were spacious. The 3 story building had elevator and the parking was convenient - right outside the room. The lodge is almost in front of Publix so that was nice. The room had decent size big, bigger than most hotels/motels with a proper freezer. It had a small microwave and coffee machine. The front desk staff was friendly.

Room for improvement - I wish that breakfast was better, it was barebone. They had cereals, small muffins, coffee, yogurt and 2 variety (original, cinnamon) of oatmeal packets. They had few varieties of tea (not black tea or any strong tea though, but Green Tea, Chamomile, orange and spice etc.). No fruits and nothing salty. There is not much room to sit inside, as the office is small. Most people took their breakfast to their room.

I loved how clean and spacious the room was. The fact there was an elevator to get to the higher floors absolutely made my night it was pet friendly and there were cute dogs around if you're worried about that I promise you the humans are louder than the dogs. The central location made it great for seeing what and who I wanted to see and overall I had a great time here and I will definitely come back

I called before hand and was told that they had high speed wifi but I had to elevate my laptop as close as I could to the third floor, we were on second, just to be able to get into my zoom meeting and it constantly disconnected. Timbers definitely has enough money to get fiber internet but that was just one thing. And then the pool felt super chlorinated and I could never wake up early enough for the breakfast

This hotel was in a great location, close to everything and walking distance to many places, including the Island and the Pirate Dinner Show. The bathrooms looked like they were newly remodeled and very clean. The room was larger than an average hotel room. There was a Keurig Coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. We only spent one night, but I would have no problem staying again.

We stayed in the back over the pool, the road noise, going over the bridge, was very loud (not the hotel's fault), also dumpsters were emptied at 4am (also not the hotel's fault), but it was loud!

location, nice facility, great price.

breakfast was advertised as included but options were not sufficient (I’m not picky but instant grits or lucky charms were the only options). i understand that staffing may be an issue but there was no housekeeping during our three day stay.

very disappointed that there is only one luggage cart. this cart someone took into their room so it left us with out having a cart to use. third floor, three ladies and lots of luggage. wasn’t much fun carrying down large luggage bags. we aren’t fans of the small elevator so we had to use the stairs. I think they need to have at least 4 of these carts available.

We loved the room. They where clean, and close together. The kids where able to go room to room. We had extra towlet paper and towels. They are pet friendly. It's a 25 dollar deposit for pets a night. They where extremely nice and friendly when we needed something. We where helping a couple that had broke down and hadn't checked in yet. They called to check on us to make sure we where OK and that we where coming. They gave us milk for our 1 year old even though it wasn't breakfast time. We had got there and i forgot to get it. We will definitely be staying there again. Next to it was a little theme park with go carts and mini golf as well as other stuff. Great location. They even worn their custom to make sure they are in thier parking lot so the other hotel doesn't tow thier vehicles.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Great location right on the river walk. Walking distance to the Island and many other restaurants, Great green space for walking pets. Off of the main road and an easy drive to Dollywood. The lodge style rooms are very large and spacious with very high ceilings. We stayed in a Jacuzzi room with a fireplace. The well equipped kitchenette was very nice and we used it daily. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and clean. This was our first time visiting and we requested a quiet creek side room and was accommodated with our request. Very nice and friendly lady and young man during our check in. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

We did not like the extra $25 per night pet fee. One $25 fee should have been satisfactory. The extra daily housekeeping fee even though we did not use daily service. There is not a real breakfast considering the price we paid and the competitive lodging in the area.

I like the quick check in and it was easy to find.

The room we stayed in, was musty smelling, there were dead gnats on one of the beds. The bathroom door was patched up too, you could tell someone had kicked it in and it was quickly fixed. If they put you on the backside bear the creek, be prepared to hear geese all night long. The breakfast they provided was individual mini muffins. A carafe of hot water and some oatmeal and grit packages- so don't count on 'breakfast included' to mean much. But, for the price of $58 a night for our room, you really do get what you pay for.
