The room was in a perfect location, I was able to go out in the balcony and set and smoke. The rooms looked they had been remodeled. Very clean.

I booked online and the attendant at the front desk charged my card a second time (over 300$) luckily it was a weekday so my bank was able to reimburse my money back onto my card,if not I would have had no vacation money because I left the rest of my cash at home. She constantly acted like she hated her job and didn't even apologize for making a mistake. I come to this same hotel everytime I visit (been 5 times now) and I love it there. I just wish the people that worked the front desk were a little more friendlier.

First I want to give Booking. Com a Big Thank you for the Great Deal, they gave me. 2yrs ago my 81 yr. old Mother broke her hip and femur bone, she has made a great recovery. So I suprised her with a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains, her favorite place to go. We spent 3 days and had a wonderful time. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. All the staff, from the ladies in the office to the cleaning service were very nice and helpful. This was my second time staying here in the last two years.

We stayed in room 109. You had to be careful with the hot water from the sink , it was very very hot. The shower head had very little pressure and the handle to adjust the water temperature was a problem, you really had to work with it before and during your shower to get it to stay just right. Handle probably needs replacing.

We came for the Rod Run so we weren’t in the room much. Very good location to walk everywhere. Big balconies and plenty of space to watch the action on the strip. Lots of parking. Nice pool to cool off. Great atmosphere. Perfect place to party with the neighbors, crash, wake up and repeat! Super good value but you get what you pay for.

We didn’t come expecting a five star luxury resort so we weren’t disappointed. Sometimes you have to ask for towels and TP. Bring your own ice; no ice maker on site. Overall, it was pretty clean but the outdated paint, flooring and decor makes it look a little dingy. If you’re looking for a super clean and crisp modern room with all the state of the art amenities… this ain’t it. But if you’re looking for a cheap place to lay your head that’s not crawling with roaches and bedbugs… this is it!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had packets of coffee but no coffee maker which was frustrating

Arrived at check in time and went to service desk. Two younger girls were at the counter. They were talking about something and were very loud and belligerent and very rude. Very annoying to stand there checking in and listening to them talk like that. Another guest asked about ice and was told he needed to come back to get it when she felt like getting it for him. They had no concern at all that these guest were spending up to $300 a night to stay here. Be nice if the staff was taught customer service Also the parking garage flooded due to rain and apparently some serious drainage issues. Had to walk in water and mud over my ankles to get into my truck. No one warned of flooding in the garage if it rained and it was very obvious this is an issue when it rains.

Honestly, I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews. It was such a great deal I thought there might be something to the bad reviews. Yes, the hotel is dated but most are these days. We thought the room was as clean as any other major chain we stay at. The staff was extremely outgoing and pleasant. It is hard to feel safe all the time just about anywhere you go, however, my wife accidentally left the door open as we left. The door was open for about 8 hours as we traveled into Cherokee, NC and back. Tablets, medication, and pricy luggage were all there, nothing missing.

Parking was the only issue. Definitely expected though being heavy travel season.

I've stayed here 5 times this year and I have been happy Everytime. This last time we were accommodated with a room we asked for no problem. I actually left a comforter this time and I'm hoping they will take care of it until I come back in the spring which im sure they will.

Didn't have a remote for the TV and had to ask for one but the gentleman brought us one within 10 min of us being there

Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything and walking distance to most things. Pool was great and kids really enjoyed it! Clean and comfortable with great staff and a great price! Will definitely stay here again. Didn't realize when we came down that it was Jeep Invasion so traffic was awful but we were in a perfect spot to stand out and watch all the cool jeeps parading up and down the strip! It was a pleasant surprise.

The only downfall of our trip was we didn't realize it was Jeep Invasion and traffic was horrible. But that had no reflection on the hotel at all!

Room was nice and clean. Took a long time to get checked in due to only one desk clerk but it was ok we talked to the guest that seemed to like the hotel as well. we are booking another stay as we seen they had a pool but it wasn't open for the season yet, but it looks like a nice one so we want to try it out the next time we are here.

need more help on the desk.
