My daughter had a gymnastics competition at the LeConte Convention Center and this hotel had a walking bridge that connected to the entrance. They also had a pool that was actually warm enough to swim. The staff were amazing! The rooms were super clean with perfect beds and pillows. The only complaint I had was the lights in our room were out. However, I didn’t even ask to fix them because we weren’t in the room a lot. If you have an event at the LeConte Convention Center this is definitely the place to stay. Oh and the walking bridge also connects to the trolley to get to Margaritaville shopping and entertainment, no driving needed. This Trolley runs every 15min and also goes to Walmart.

Absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

We were impressed from the beginning. The man that checked us in was very nice, and even greeted us outside when we pulled up. Our suite was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great view of the park way from our balcony. The bathroom was very nice as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

For the price we paid, it would have been nice to have breakfast included instead of having to pay extra each day for the buffet.

Loved the hotel amenties pool/hot tub Balcony view and the tram ride to the Island and easy accessibility to the Trolley Pleasant and relaxing Lobby w/fireplace Friendly and knowledgeable Staff, helpful and easiness of loading/Unloading luggage ...Thank You to the staff and "Queen"!! Greeted upon arrival and departures It's the Little things that can mean the most!!

The Casual Pints Resturant/Bar seemed to be Closed alot during our 2 day stay

This hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained from the lobby to the rooms. The central location provides walkable entertainment options and scenic views. Having a bar and restaurant in the lobby is very convenient for relaxing with a beer and quick bite.

The restaurant in the lobby needs a better ventilation fan in their kitchen because the cooking smells are rather strong and circulate through the entire hotel.

The rooms were extremely clean and the hotel staff were friendly and amazing! Location is great. You can easily walk to do many things with the kiddos

The thermostat would only cool slowly. And if you didn't check it every few hours, it would return to the preset temp. Not really a complaint but my bunch likes it cooler so we had to constantly turn the air down. Other than that, Amazing place to stay!!

The water wasn’t hot enough for me as I like it but it might have been where everyone was taking showers…..it was warm but I like hot where I can adjust the temperature….. And the fact that I couldn’t pay for the room how I wanted to pay at the time of check in was ridiculous to me…..it didn’t make sense!

the location. the cleanliness. the staff was great and the laborers were very friendly and helpful. we especially enjoyed conversations with a lady named Queen.

breakfast wasn't good at all. it was more like a continental breakfast at a cheaper hotel. we had a 4-daypre paid pass. once was enough. the funny thing was if I had to pay out right, the price would be 12.95

Location was amazing!! I honestly don’t think you could have book a better located hotel in Pigeon Forge! Beautiful facility inside and out!

The rooms are SO DARK!!! They are massive, bigger than any other double room I’ve stayed in but with out the window wide open for everyone to see your business there was INADEQUATE lighting to even see to tie your shoes unless you were sitting directly under one of the two tiny lamps in the entire room.

A new facility. Very clean. Great location. The staff was really great. Easy to get into and out of. Plenty of parking. Easy to walk to places. Easy to drive if a bit further.

It is hard to imagine much. Very simple things. If the Casual Pint offered Budweiser beer would have been nice. We enjoyed that otherwise. Yep! That's about it. We were the 2nd in line for breakfast. It was not quite ready yet. My wife just said "It has been by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in not only in Pidgeon Forge but over all as well.

Staff were all friendly. Great location. Room was big enough for 5 of us. Breakfast had good selections .

There were 2 adults and 3 kids and they said I had to pay for an extra breakfast. Should be free for all guests in a room. Also the sofa bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on the springs!
