Location was great! We could walk to so much. Excellent hospitality! Front desk was welcoming and helpful. You could tell they had upgraded and refurbished in recent years and it was done do well. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Extra touches like towel animals were nice. Full time coffee, hit chocolate & snacks in lobby and nightly campfire. We let them know we were celebrating a birthday and they had a cake in the room on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

The only negative was that the sink area was so small. It’s combined with the fridge, coffee & microwave area and all of that in a tight space.

The breakfast that is offerred is a must. You get a voucher for Reagan Pancake house across the parkway. You can either get a stack of pancakes and a drink for free or the buffett for $5.99 and only soft drink and tea is inclulded. Juices you pay extra. But we had a voucher for 3 days and every day we ordered the same thing and everyday the amount was different. So make sure you check. The location is amazing. We were able to walk to The Island, Comedy Barn, Pirates Theatre and as far as Three Bears. Completely worth it for this.

Our rooms were directly outside the elevators. There was a little league baseball team that played in them for a while which made waiting a bother. We were on the 4th floor. The TV volume would not go above a certain level. My husband is deaf in one ear and made it difficult with the air conditioner on also. We left on Thursday and Wednesday nite a group of bikers checked in. They were a little rowdy into the nite and the next morning they were reving up engines to head out on a run. They had traffic backed up in the parking lot and we could not get out until they left.

Comfortable beds, alot of extra amenities like free donuts, coffee, lemonade, etc, free pancake breakfast, location, very friendly and helpful staff, arcade games and more for kids. They had smores and a singer on some nights but we didn't do that because of other events we went to.

Jacuzzi tub / shower combo was hard to step into, didn't care for the bowl sinks, floors needed mopping because our feet got dirty when walking barefoot. Could use soap dishes so soap wouldn't melt all over the sink counter and tub area.

The location is great. The walk to The Island was all sidewalk & close. The room & property are very clean. The staff was extremely nice & helpful. The pool was very nice. It was heated, well lit, clean & secure. Required a room key to access. The parking lot is not directly on the strip. It is kind of back behind a breezeway, so it feels so much safer & secure compared to just a wide open lot. The hotel offers a discount ticket for the breakfast place across the street during your stay. We will absolutely plan to stay here for every trip.

The GPS took us "the scenic route," but it was super late at night, and we were just ready to get out of the car, but that's no fault of the hotel 😆 Just know that if you're coming in, opt to stay on the parkway if you want to get there faster.

Staff best I've seen anywhere from any level of hotel - upon check in it was pouring so front desk manager upgraded our room so it would be c;loser to parking. We put do not disturb sign out and for the first time EVER, I got a phone call to as if we needed anything brought to us - linens, towels, etc. Staff was AWESOME! Fruit, pastry, drinks all day/evening was a nice touch too! Property's landscaping very pretty. Room extremely clean. We will return here again when in the area.

Ceiling had some water spots in bathroom, likely from condensation. No biggie

Absolutely loved this hotel every staff member we met was super nice and friendly. Perfect location within walking distance of several attractions and a trolley stop out front for everything else. We enjoyed listening to the live music from our balcony Saturday night. Would definitely stay here again.

Only negative is that there is only 1 elevator and it's pretty slow. Most of the time it's not a big deal unless you're trying to use it during check in or out times.

I liked everything about my stay. I was put in room 408, right across from the elevator. Checking in, the gentlemen attend8ng to it was very cordial and friendly, answered my questions and made me feel wanted there. Room was very clean, very nice, and the bathroom featured an all rock wall, drop from ceiling shower head, glass doors. Nice kitchenette type setup with mini fridge, microwave, standard coffee maker amd a K cup type maker with 4 different offerings of coffee. Bed standard type queen but comfortable amd I slept good. Front desk area had coffee, hot chocolate, lemonade, fruit, and donuts. I got to go eat free pancakes at areagan's across the street. Three 8 inch pancakes stacked with a dispenser of warm syrup. Free anything to drink but juice or milk. I got water. Back at pool area, a very nice large square pool type hot tub really soaked away the soreness from walking all day. Also a heated pool. Best part, open and accessible 24 hours!!!! Really like everything about my experience at Arbors!!! I didn't get to explore the riverside area behind hotel.

I really didnt run into anything gbat all that I didn't like about the hotel. Maybe a set of stairs in middle near elevator would be nice if elevator goes down.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, lovely warm welcome at reception where you can help yourself to donuts, coffee, fruit & lemonade. The room was perfect, bed was super comfy. The facilities were great, lovely pool area with pool toys and hot tub. Fire pit with music in the evening and smores. Plenty of parking and walking distance to The Island. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Added bonus of breakfast vouchers for Reagan's pancake house.

My very minor issue is provide a clock by the pool, we enjoyed the pool so much we spent 3hrs there!!!

It was very clean and updated. Nice pool and hot tub. They had lemonade,coffee, fruit, and donuts available all day. The staff was very professional and helpful even helped us get discount tickets to Dollywood. The breakfast bar across the street was a great deal for $5.99 a person or you get free pancakes.

There was only half a glass shower door with a rainfall shower head so water would leak onto the bathroom floor. We moved ours all the way back seemed to help a little. The elevator was very slow.
