The room was comfortable. Everything worked fine meaning TV, refrigerator, microwave, and blow dryer and Wifi. I have stayed at this one several times in the past because it is convenient in Bastrop to go to the Sherwood Forest Faire. Seemed to be cleaner than I remember from the last time I was their. Good job staff!

I think for the rate that is being charged at a $100+, the "breakfast" should be a little more than toast, sweet roll, and cereal.

It was very nice and quiet in the evening time with not a lot of excessive noise. We did enjoy our stay. It was an emergency situation as our air conditioner had gone out in our home. It was nice to come to a motel that had a nice cold air conditioner in the room. There are things that definitely need to be paid more attention to from the cleaning crew at this location. Only reason why I noticed this is because I have a cleaning business of my own.

The rooms need to be paid attention to more regarding cleanliness. There are cobwebs. Bugs. Coffee pots need to be checked and cleaned. Refrigerators need to be wiped out. And the bathtubs need to be made sure that there are no previous guess hair on the walls of the shower/shower curtain/drains. Floors in the bathroom need to be swept better for bugs and hairs from previous guests.

The pillows and bed were soft enough to get comfortable. The room heated up quickly.

The breakfast was fine. It was gone by 8:30am. No coffee, no milk, no juice, only two tiny muffins a piece.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They made it effortless to check in with my Booking.com reservation. The pool was available and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and cool.

The floors were dirty in the room so we couldn't walk barefoot. When I did, I would have to wash my feet before putting on my shoes. The pillows need to be replaced with some that have just a little more cushioning.

I didn't see any breakfast

I booked a room with a 3 party when I checked in he said you have a smoking room. I said no I booked a non smoking room. He made it happen. Gabe me a non smoking room.

The staff is very nice and helpful with the layout of the town.

The spread s have holes and burns. The sheets had terrible stains on them.

The breakfast wasn’t available due to lack of staffing.( Nobody seems to want to work in these times that we live in.) The staff who were there were so friendly and accommodating. I was unable to unlock from smoking to nonsmoking, issue with the booking site. Because they had no rooms left in nonsmoking I was forced to a smoking room our first night but upon asking the second night we were able to move to a non smoking room.

The room was HUGE and quite comfortable. Very clean and well made-up. The desk person(s) were really very nice.

The maid came banging on my door — TWICE — despite the “do not disturb” sign. A full hour before check out.

I stay at Super 8 all the time and they are all very comfortable. Super 8 Bastrop’s t.v. game is on point though! Super 8 Waco, take notice.
