Facilities and the room were very clean and had a full-sized refrigerator. The bed was comfortable as well. I also liked that it had shades that closed and opened from top to bottom instead of curtains/drapes. That was a nice little detail I personally liked. It was a good price, too, considering the price of the hotels around the same area.

The AC worked but not really, I wanted the temperature of the room to be at 73 and I put that on the thermostat and it never got to that. I had to put it at 66 for it to feel 73. Since it did get to my desired temperature I did not notify the front desk, but that should be looked at.

staff wasn’t the best. lady that attended me at the front desk was very blunt. initially I arrived around 1:30pm and asked if by any chance rooms were ready then. she said at 3pm they would be. I go back at 2:52pm to get my hotel card and she looks at the time, sighs, and mentions she only has a room on the 1st floor since the rest weren’t ready yet (emphasizing what she had mentioned earlier about them being ready at 3pm). no smile or anything.

I Best liked the manager Kaleeta? Please forgive me if I got the name wrong. I arrived around 12pm and the rooms were not ready. I told her that I was not feeling well and really needed to go to bed. She explained that although check in is not until 3pm, however, she will do everything she can to get a nice clean room ready for me. I hung around and by 1:15pm or so she had the room ready for me. I was so happy as I truly felt I would pass out. She really saved the day and exceeded my expectations. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly. Ms K. would definitely be a reason for me to return.

The room was a tad small.

Breakfast was more morning tea, muffins etc but it’s the same everywhere we travel with fruit and cereal and use the breakfast for snacks. The location was central to where we were going but you need a car.

Everything was good and the staff were helpful, it was tipping down when we arrived a covered entrance would be great.

The room was very clean, quiet. All appliances and outlets worked properly. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The gym and laundry facilities were great.

Extremely low water pressure in shower, television set was somewhat antiquated.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The night staff was very friendly.

The front of the building is littered with cigarette butts in excess.

Everything was excellent, the attention unsurpassed. Really relax and it was perfect because it was close to the airport. The hotel is almost new and clean. I recommend it

The room very clean. The staffs at reception desk all are very nice. Close to the airport. I will visit again for sure when travel to Austin next time.

I stay in second floor and was very convenient has a window to parking lot that I can watch my car. It was excellent service by Shay and Jesse.
