It was a cute and modern hotel, I like the breakfast options (although, can I suggest brown sugar and toppings for the oatmeal? White and powdered sugar were available, but brown sugar is a perfect addition). The staff at check in was exceptional! Overall it was a good one night stay!

There wasn't a way to turn on the vent in the bathroom and when I told the morning staff about a leak I noticed in the room I felt that it wasn't taken very seriously. (However, that may just be how I took it. It may have been addressed promptly after I checked out)

Really exceptionally clean and modern, and good value, especially given prices and options around Austin. We used to live in Austin, and love the accessibility of the location to the main highways without the traffic and congestion you'd face on the north side. We also loved how family friendly the hotel was (games, pool table, 24/7 coffee, pancakes for breakfast, friendly staff). We booked last minute due to a horrible experience in an Airbnb, would only consider coming back to this hotel the next time we visit, not even a question.

Called for the airport shuttle upon arrival and was told the driver was unavailable that day, but they instead ordered a Lyft, which promptly met us outside the terminal. This first impression blew me away, and the entirety of our brief overnight stay continued to meet this standard. Check-in at reception was flawless, and the staff was so welcoming and professional. Not just ordinary welcoming and professional but so much so that it really left an impression with me. Our room was very clean, and I loved the sustainable toiletries.

While I appreciated the free water upon check-in, for a sustainable hotel, I would have not expected plastic water bottles.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us suggestions on where to get food. We found the room a bit small, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to catch an early flight, so couldn't stay for breakfast. Like that they have 24/7 coffee available, but was disappointed in the lack of real milk and alternatives (such as oat or soy milk) to add to the coffee. I dislike the artificial coffee creamers! The shuttle service to the airport was quick and easy!

As I said above, a real plus for me would have been the availability of oat or soy milk to add to coffee. Many people use them now and I would have been happy to pay for it if it was available.

It was a quick stay. We arrived late but were able to get in quickly. I requested room with handicap bathroom. We did get exactly what I requested. Needed it for my mom. It had the taller toilet which is helpful for people with bad knees. Comfortable beds. Had a good night sleep. Had the breakfast offered. Pretty good pancakes which are made with fully automated conveyor belt type cooking contraption. Wish I could have sampled the scrambled eggs, but they were out. Had a sausage patty with pancake. All in all a very pleasant stay

Morning fare was ok. Edible. Hot choices were not appealing. It was off the interstate, an odd placement. I'm glad I didn't drive there myself. The room was very very small. Fortunately we were there only for a few hours.

front door was locked for safety, but the desk was not manned. I didn't like standing outside in the rain hoping someone will show up at 1 am. No specific number to call was posted. We just began to knock loudly in hopes of some help

Location was perfect. Room was a perfect size. Beds comfortable. Shower was awesome with soap dispensers and super good water pressure. Had to request towels and daily service the night before. Breakfast was plentiful.

I did not like having to request towels daily or room service the night before. This hotel do not bother the tenants, but when you need anything, they were right on it.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good value. Friendly staff. Good size TV. Great location to get to and from the airport, with a shuttle that comes every half hour.

The room was pretty small, not a lot of room for luggage. Ok for a short stay though. It was noisy outside, with the airport nearby and highway traffic, but it didn't keep us awake.

Very neat, modern style and feel. The lounge was very vibrant with many seats and a cozy feeling. Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful too.

I think on the listing it said the rooms are soundproof, and they are not. Someone above us sounded like they were moving furniture. Also, our room was on the side of the highway so racing cars and loud trucks woke me and my partner up several times at night.

The staff is friendly. The continental breakfast was great, it had a variety of foods. From oatmeal, to omelettes & sausage, bengals and fruits. The automatic pancake maker was amazing!! The pancakes were perfect and delicious. They have a fitness center and the kids loved the games. They played pool until midnight 😂 it’s near the airport and the popular spots in Austin.
