This is a nice hotel. It has a big parking area, a pool and offers breakfast (pancakes, bread, coffee, juice, oatmeal, etc). Coffee machine is also available for free 24hrs. Rooms have soap and shampoo on wide containers attached to the shower wall, which was very handy and we never ran out of those. Beds were fine, we had a good sleep. Rooms also have microwave and a refrigerator. A/C unit worked fine for both, cooling and heating.

In our opinion, the microwave/refrigerator unit made noise which was more noticeable during the night, but we just disconnected it and that was it. We understood breakfast was until 10:00 AM, but on our last day they started removing things at 9:30 AM, so we were not able to make breakfast for our youngest child.

Lots of parking. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Nice variety in the breakfast room. Staff were reasonably friendly. Close to the airport.

I've seen breakfast rooms that were definitely more tidy. The tv in the breakfast room was on a religious station that we weren't interested in but it was too loud to ignore. Lighting in the room was somewhat dim but maybe they rely on daytime natural light (we arrived after dark). Otherwise, was good.

My room was nice and clean! It had 2 big beds and great air conditioning. Bathroom and shower were sparkling. The shuttle driver from the airport was really nice and friendly and the shuttle was super easy to arrange for pick up.

The air conditioning was pretty noisy! Although it didn’t bother me too much as I had been traveling for 36hrs so went straight to sleep but may bother other people. The pool is pretty small but this shows in the pictures and I didn’t get time to use it anyway unfortunately.

The room was very comfortable. Good mattress, nice towels, good shower. Breakfast was good, as were WiFi and cable service. At first blush, the location did not seem very convenient, but it ended up being fine, at least with a private car. They offer good shuttle service to the airport, which makes it convenient for people flying in and out of Austin. We had a private vehicle, and it was easy to get downtown, to the fairgrounds, and to South Austin.

Nothing. I was perfectly satisfied with this hotel.

I liked that when I got into my room and noticed that the thermostat was broken, the girl behind the counter quickly put me into another room after checking to see if she could help fix the thermostat herself. Everything went smoothly.

The only complaints I have is that some people who came in around 5 am kept slamming doors next to my room. The second thing I disliked was that there wasn't enough parking. I had to wait about 17min. before someone came out and left. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

The location of this hotel was very convenient and close to all the things we wanted to see in Austin. Check-in was a breeze and we were very satisfied with the room and amenities. The price was also good for being that close to downtown.

My only real complaint was that you could hear the noise from other rooms and floors. It didn't keep us up all night but was noticeable in the early morning as people were packing up and leaving. Otherwise, all was fine.

Very comfortable stay for an overnight. I was not flying, but this would be an ideal location to catch the provided shuttle for that purpose. Hotel is basic but clean, comfortable. Bed was comfy, everything seemed clean, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in room. Amenities are scant if that matters to you. I did not have breakfast, but the buffet looked fine and the coffee was good. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good place to spend a night in while in transit. Oh! And the AC worked great...really appreciated that on a 105 day in Austin!

Curtains weren't quite able to block out light for those of us who like it dark.

Extremely comfortable beds, clean room

Hard to find. Credit card machine wouldn’t take my card. Called the bank the next morning and was told that they have it set up wrong. I kept asking the worker to make sure my address was entered correctly and was told that has nothing to do with it ..wrong !! My 16 yr old ended up having to use her card to pay for the room. This was very inconvenient.

The hotel is very close to the airport, they provide airport shuttle (pick ups are free) and breakfast. Additionally, it is close to a Starbucks, Subway, 7 Eleven (2-3 mins walking)

The room is a bit small and for international travelers, it is hard to call the property for the airport shuttle because we don't have an USA sim card. A WhatsApp number to call would be easier for international travelers since you can use wifi to call.

Hotel was lovely. Great bed. Nice breakfast selection included. Very nice hotel.

After missing flight and finding an affordable place to stay, I was disappointed to be told that the airport shuttle did not run after 9pm. (I called at 8:50 pm.) After asking "What the hell do I do now?", I was told to Uber. I will be 80 this year, and have never Uber'd. Thank God a lovely young lady from Texas came to my rescue. After both she and I tried to download the Uber app unsuccessfully, she added a stop to her Uber trip and dropped me off at the hotel. Have since downloaded the app in case this issue arises again. Good learning lesson.
