Surprised at how clean and updated the hotel is. I am unsure how long this hotel has been around for but I found it to be very well maintained, I loved how clean and neat everything in our room was. The staff was great, very easy to check in and out. Went for the weekend, two day stay and was very happy. The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious enough for 4 adults. Would stay again! Everything was about 10-15 minutes away!

Awesome place, looks like new. big lobby with bar and tables, smoking area and pool. the room was excelent.

At night there was a rumbling noise on the roof. we were on the last floor so I guess there is some kind of machine making a loud whirring noise and it went on and off every hour during the night.

Clean, comfortable and close to the Airport with shuttle service.

I’m not a fan of hotels that charge your card with a damage deposit. It seems like to see when they charge your credit card but takes for ever to see where they credit it back

The check-in was seamless and the rooms were very clean! Very accessible to where I needed to go without running into too much of Austin's heavy traffic. If you're in need of a shuttle to and from the airport, they offer this!

I wish they had an earlier check-in time because 2 PM/3 PM is very late to stop by before having to attend business matters that take up most of the afternoon. There wasn't any free breakfast and almost everything seemed to have a fee, despite the fact I had already paid $200+ for one night. Some of the meals I ordered from the hotel's restaurant weren't up to par and they were very overpriced (which I guess is to be expected), but even some of the basic cereal bowls were $3+ which is absurd!

Brightly-lit bathroom (why is that a rarity in many hotels??), clean, friendly staff!

Breakfast buffet was super expensive (at least for MY budget).

Food was excellent. One staff was a bit rude with not approaching me and taking me to go order. Happened one for breakfast and dinner on another day. Had to get up and interrupt for some service. Wasn't Courtney or the one who works with her. A guy for breakfast and another woman who worked Friday night.

There was an issue at check in. Even though I paid Booking.com in full, and had evidence of that via email, the hotel did not show receipt of payment. I had to pay again, but the next morning when I talked to someone different, I think it was resolved. I will have to watch my credit card charges over the next few days.

I paid top dollar but the was no hot breakfast and I had to pay for meals. While evening prepared meals were good I didn’t plan on having to go out to eat. I had to pay for Lyft services.

I hope the breakfast will be reinstated.

Very convenience location to COTA. The staffs are very helpful especially at late night. It has a restaurant and vending store at first floor, but we still go to Javi's Best Of Tex Mex for dinner. The bed is very comfortable, I slept very well in it. Would definitely come back again.

The sound insulation in the room is not good, we can hear conversations next door and loud footsteps (kids jumping around) upstairs around 11pm, luckily we went to bed very late that night due to a work deadline. When we went to sleep (3am), it was all quiet, but would be annoyed if we sleep early.

There was a staff shortage in the breakfast area and it took long time to have breakfast
