The rooms are very large and spacious. The beds are fairly comfortable and there is a separate couch with ottoman to relax and watch TV. The breakfast is exceptional for this level of hotel; always consistent and a huge step above other hotel breakfasts. There is much more choice and the quality of food is excellent. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

The rooms need updating. Most hotels at this price level offer kitchenettes, and these rooms have only a sink, small coffeemaker, and under-the-cabinet refrigerator that isn't very cold or accommodating. My room did not have an extra blanket and only one extra pillow. The bathroom area has a separate sink/dressing area, but the bathroom itself has the toilet and shower in a very cramped space.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious hotel. The hotel staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice but I would avoid around 9.00 am as it seems to get very busy around this time. There are also quite a few bars/restaurants within walking distance and the hotel also provided a list of local restaurants which they recommended although some of these you had to drive to or get a taxi. The rooms are very spacious with adequate facilities.

Everything was exceptional with this place. We stayed a good long 6 nights here and spent every day exploring the city(ies) of Fort Worth and Dallas and even went to the State Fair of Texas. Downtown isn't far away and we also went to the Zoo and the Stockyards. This is at the perfect location within walking distance tot eh Target and Costco and many food options nearby. There was even a Hulen Mall and a Ross nearby. The front desk was so awesome, friendly, and lovely. Hannah, Artina, Kimberley, and the uncle in the morning were all so lovely. Ms. Danka from Hospitality is a nan-away-from-home, truly, generous and kind-hearted lady. She even arrange for a microwave in our room for these days which allowed us to bring ready-to-eat food and make dinner ourselves. Every morning the housekeeping would knock and get your room squeaky clean and beds made/changed. Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Fort Worth. Save half your money from downtown and stay here, uber to the places, and still save money overall. Will stay here again in the future.

It was nice, clean, easy access to many things and a good deal for the price. We stayed in a double suite so roomy and comfy. I kinda wish we were in it more to enjoy it more. It was a busy weekend of basketball for us!! They were very busy every time I went thru the lobby. I think that speaks for itself.

This is going to sound weird but the placement of the door on the bathroom. The sink and vanity were outside of the bathroom. It was just the shower and the toilet in the bathroom but the door opened into the small area so when you closed the door you had to stand in the corner to have room to close the door. Kinda petty but it was a little annoying. Only other thing was the pool wasn't open. My daughter was really looking forward to swimming. Other than that a great stay all the way around!!

clean, quiet, towels smelled lovely, large bottles of shampoo/ conditioner in the shower, centrally located , close to restaurants if you get in late (ihop, Saltgrass), good breakfast, has a pool, workout center. the water heater/pumps needed to be worked on when I stayed there but when I got back the hotel the hot water was up and running.

the heater/AC ran constantly the first night, which was annoying.

Nice, the staff at the front desk we're very cordial and worked with you. There's also a bar there in the lobby, although it is not very big it is staffed. It's also located by eateries and Target or Walmart whichever one you like. The room was clean, although we were on the first floor it was not loud, our room had a sitting are so the was plenty of space to spread out and add a baby bed.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom was a little small

Didn't like the maid waiting At our door 45 mins before checkout. Also the breakfast wasn't great it didn't have much to pick through. Fruit looked like it was going bad and bananas were not ripe they were super green. The area it was served looked kind of messy. Location was great, rooms were clean though all in all it was slightly overpriced.

Breakfast could be ready at the time most working people are leaving the hotel. I have waited as far as 0625 and still they weren't ready. So, my daily breakfast was coffee and yogurt.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, plenty of parking available. Overall a good experience.

At 10:30 pm the fire alarm (which was obnoxiously loud) went off. This is not necessarily something the hotel can influence but it was the one thing that really annoyed us. Especially since after everyone left the building it turned out to be a false alarm.

As usual, the front desk people are superb!

As usual, breakfast is never ready at the time most working people, military, hospital and oil field people, are leaving for work.
