This is a great place to stay; we’re doing a three week road trip staying in 11 different locations and this is the best property by far. The suites are spacious, really well equipped and very clean. For us the washing machine / dryer gave us a chance to clean some clothes given the length of the trip we’re on. The lay out of the whole property is very well thought out and all the suites face away from the nearby highway which runs right through Moab. Service from all the staff was great, we ate in the on site restaurant (open in the evening at weekends) one night and Moab is 5 minutes away for the other nights. The complimentary breakfast was really good, with staff keeping everything topped up. The location is at the ‘arches’ end of Moab so if you’re on an early start dave’s you a few minutes. I honestly can’t recommend this place more highly. You can definitely pay much more for much less in this town but I doubt you’ll find anything better.

It was a newer facility and kept up well. It was located close to downtown, although not quite walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Some rooms have great views, but not all. Not too crowded and layout was comfortable.
Some front desk staff were not friendly at all. They didn't smile, didn't offer to help and came across as disinterested to answer any questions. Some rooms have no views from the patio except for a view of the building next to it. We asked to move to a room with a better view and it took asking for a manager to finally get the staff to look to see if there were any rooms available.

The "presidential suites" are awesome - so roomy and new and beautifully designed. And anything you could possibly imagine needing has been thought of - dishsoap, detergent for the washing machine, koffie, filters, etc. (even tiny salt & pepper shakers) - we were impressed. Great balcony and good view! And the bed is extremely comfortable, incredible shower, and everythng is so spacious. The airco throughout the house is unobtrusive and very comfortable! The pool was nice too, great views. A genuine pleasure to be stay here.
Really nothing to mention here, except maybe the breakfast is not bad, pretty much the same that you will find anywhere in hotels these days.... paper plates and plastic utensils, you know the routine...but I sense some effort to make it all relatively pleasant and complete.

The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also well-furnished with plates, cups, and utensils. We appreciated the extra towels and other small amenities (dishwashing soap, kleenex, etc.) that made our stay comfortable. We also loved the hot pool, which had a great view of the mountains surrounding the resort.
The breakfast food was extremely average, and it got tiring to eat the same thing off the menu every morning. If you won't update the quality of the food, it would at least be nice if you introduced a regularly rotating menu so that at least we can have different things to eat each day. The hot pool also had a bunch of big mosquitoes that came out around 9 PM and bit us. (I'm not sure how that can be fixed, though.)

We stayed in the presidential suite and it was perfect for our family. Apartment sized room with decently comfortable sofa bed. The air hockey table was a lot of fun. View from balcony was great and watching the bats at dusk was amazing. Breakfast was decent, mostly grab and go but tasty. Staff was friendly. Only a few minutes to Arches NP and restaurants.
The doors to the bathroom do not offer any privacy. They are sliding barn doors that do not shut all the way. The mirrors in the sink area reflect the opening in the bathroom door so every time you use the bathroom, you have to close 3 doors for any sense of privacy. This was really a very small complaint in an overall wonderful stay.

We like the breakfast and location. Love the room set up and renovation style. Very clean resort. Staffs at the front desk are very helpful too. Great location near the Arches National Park and nearby Moab town for restaurants.
Since the room comes with a full kitchen, it would be nice to provide a small bottle of olive oil or spraying cooking oil. Good overall breakfast but wish they could have bacons and biscuits on some days just to switch it up. Also, would like to see some flavored coffee creamer. The breakfast could be kept warmer as some days some of them were just barely warm.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The heated pool and hot tubs were fantastic. Only 7 mins to Arches Visitors centre.
The restaurant, first it was only open for breakfast despite it being Thanksgiving…..although breakfast was included after a vey negative experience didn’t bother; am allergic to gluten made this very clear….first time bought me cross contaminated potatoes, sent it back, second time the gluten free bread was frozen….the plate looked unappetising so sent it back and left. Was a shame, as would have given this place a 10 if had not been for this restaurant experience.

We love everything about it. The presidential suite is spacious and came with everything you would need. Full kitchen cookware, plates/bowls , everything you need in your own kitchen, and a full-size refrigerator with ice maker. 3 TVs, in the living room, game room.and bedroom. Big balcony with furniture. Your own washer and dryer. Huge bathroom with a fantastic tub and shower. Big bedroom with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Great outdoor pool. Nice breakfast. We loved our stay. BEST EVER!!! It's so cheap compared with the price you paid.
Nothing.

The apartment was very well decorated, a great size for our family of 4, and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, modern, clean and spacious. We loved the pool and the hot tubs and had a fantastic Spring vacation here.
The restaurant was not wonderful, sadly. We found the breakfast buffet a little sad, and given the wonderful pool and spa facilities, we were disappointed that they didn’t serve lunch at all. the dinner menu was also not at all suited to families or kids, and we couldn’t eat on the pool loungers. Some of our interactions with some of the staff were also a little uncomfortable, leaving us feel a little awkward, but others were wonderful, so that was mixed.

This was a great property! The room had modern amenities, full kitchen, washer/dryer. It was very spacious and spotlessly clean with decent furniture. They even provide laundry detergent so you can do a load of laundry during your stay. The pool was great, although a little smaller than the picture suggests.
Breakfast was not very good. It is your basic standard free breakfast, but the food was pretty bad, compared to other hotels. For example, they served biscuits and gravy and they were both served ice cold.
