Great location, easy to find(right off freeway). Booked a king room with spa tub. Spa tub was awesome. Room was huge with both a comfortable leather sofa and oversized sitting chair. Had pool view, which is probably quieter than road side. Everything very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Refrigerator was very noisy. This seems to be a common problem with hotel room refrigerators. If someone can figure out how to solve this they could probably make a fortune!

Hot tub , large room friendly accomadating staff.free breakfast coffee etc.Microwave and fridge in room.

Could have been cleaner around the hot tub and shower.Couches were dirty.Room was dated could use a update/ refurnished.

The drain stopper in the hot tub would not stay up, unless held. The outlets in the bathroom did not work….. tried the reset, still nothing. Told the front counter person, they didn’t care……. Unhappy customer here. 🤬

Awesome service at hitel. Slept like a baby. Clean sheets soft pillows. Thank you to reception for restaurant recommendations. We chose Ruby's Steakhouse, wow it was excellent food.

Room 139 - Rossouw the mattrass is no good but the rest was good

The breakfast was a little sparse, but it came with the room and was free so I was happy with what I got. I just would have liked a little more hot items. We loved the room and the large tub!

We did not like how slippery the floor was around the tub! Every time we got out we had to be so careful not to slip! Even with the little towel like rug down everything is slippery!

I was glad to see they at least had something for breakfast! We really have been getting screwed of 2020 out of breakfast at all the hotels due to the pandemic. This stay at least had a fridge with some frozen food. Wasn't the hot meals we normally would expect, but it was something! I think that's worth mentioning! As for the stay in General, it was pleasant an you would normally expect from a best Western! 5 stars 🌟. Thank you!

Everything is always wonderful at this location. A personal favorite traveling to and from Arizona. An extra bonus is the Mexican cart in the parking lot.

location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind.

Refrigerator/freezer was very loud making it hard to get a good nights sleep.

My family could all sleep comfortably on the 2 queens and the pull out sofa. They also provided a pack n play for our 2 year old. Breakfast (grab and go style) was a nice addition.

It’s right off the freeway (which is also convenient) but it could be a little noisy in the morning, but not bad.

we loved our stay but both of us noticed the bed was a little too firm for our liking. but that’s our only complaint.
