Great location conveniently located down the street from Wawa and a bunch of other fast food restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the ferry that takes you to Norfolk.
It's one of those hotel/motels where the rooms are accessible from the outside. The whole night, there were ppl loitering right outside my room arguing about money and cigarettes.

The price was ok, though for what it was not totally great either
1st the front desk clerk when I got there had a very crappy attitude. Then the parking lot looked like a place where bad things happen. I was mildly reassured by the fact there was a police patrol there, though could be considered a red flag too.

There was breakfast? I was unaware breakfast was offered.
Initial inspection of the bathroom revealed a piece of paper in the bathtub drain. I removed it easily, and experienced no problems.

The beds were comfy and the staff was incredibly nice.
The electronics in my room only barely worked. The shower was leaking. The door to the bathroom was broken. The blankets were just colorful sheets (if you want a better night sleep bring your own). I found tobacco on the bed frame when I was unpacking. Mother found a burn mark on her sheets (room was labeled non-smoking). Also multiple cosmetic damages (paint peeling, etc) but that's not really a big issue in my opinion.
