The property was clean and the location was great.

Though it was out of their control the water was not working when I arrived. However I called the day prior and was told that it was going to be working. While I had to work around this inconvenience, it would have been good to have the option to book elsewhere. Once on the water temperature was fine, but the next morning the water was not hot at all. I am understanding but it would have been nice to have had a comfortable stay.

The room was nice and clean and the location was amazing. It was close to the canal/river and spots to eat. The staff was very friendly. If highly recommend staying here. Even with the cons, I'd stay here again. It was a great experience and helped make the trip even better.

To no fault of the hotel, I should've gotten the river view. The city view from my room wasn't what I'd expect. But, I know for the future. The pillows weren't comfortable at all. Even using two of them didn't help and I found myself asking up a few times at night to try and get comfy again. Also, I'd ask for a room a bit further from the hotel and ice machine in the future.

Walkable to Brown’s Island and Belle Isle

Nothing is dislike, really. My room had a soaking wet spot on the floor, and I informed the hotel even though I wasn’t expecting them to do anything about. They offered to send someone up to take a look at it but I declined. Was only in the room to sleep anyway. Just a pricy hotel in a convenient location. Room seemed clean otherwise.

A few more convenient outlets, fluffier pillows, put glasses or cups in bathroom, warn people of parking charge. Complimentary coffee in the lobby would be nice, since you don’t provide complimentary breakfast. You shouldn’t charge extra for internet. $15 is outrageous!

We booked through Booking.com, which was easy, but the hotel had to do a lot of searching to find the reservation when we got there - it was a Bioking.com reservation number ... not an Omni reservation number, which made things pretty complicated. The hotel's front desk clerk needed the manager to find the reservation and, when she did, they could not honor our reservation on the concierge level, but they were able to find us a regular room for a different price. All in all it worked out, but I'm not sure I would trust Booking.com again.

I loved everything about the property

well my fiancé and I went to the lobby to ask for new robes she said she would have it sent up . well 10-15 minutes later still no robes so I call front desk and ask her where are the robes , she overtalks me before I can finish and said she’s on the way up and blandly hung up the phone .

Location is perfect, very convenient to key attractions. The hotel also provides free shuttle service within 5 miles.

I don't know why the room cleaning was not completed during our stay, one of the beds was half made and the paper cups were not replaces with new ones.

Helpful reception and lobby staff. Very nice building in convenient location - handy for local restaurants. Comfortable room with reasonable wifi. Wonderfully quiet. Starbucks in the lobby - although it closes early.

Everything was good

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I love that they have a coffee shop in the building. The room had everything we needed, was quiet and had a great view of the river.

It's not the hotel, but downtown Richmond, where the hotel is located, is mostly empty. We walked many places and sometimes took an Uber. I think the parking at the hotel is overpriced.

loved everything about the property accept the on-site restaurant. Very very poor service (almost 2 hrs to get food) and had to keep asking for missing items. Otherwise great pool. Starbucks on site, beautiful and comfy rooms (great pillows), and a fabulous robe!
