Very conveniently located to my exam center, wonderful room service food, and an excellent breakfast.

My floor was under construction at the time I stayed, so it was a bit dusty near the elevator area. There were also a group of children who constantly screamed, and I would have appreciated if the front desk called them more than once.

pet friendly, very clean, near a dog park, staff are always very nice. beds are very comfortable. quiet.

There was a wierd heating element mounted to the wall that made an unusual sound. We woke up and found the temp in the room was 92. Once we figured out how to adjust it it was fine. The decor is very white (carpets etc) which is hard to keep looking clean, so even a small stain is noticiable. Booking through the hotel site was difficult as the email confirmation price kept changing to be more expensive and we couldn't lock in the price before arriving. Glad we decided to book using this site in the end. Valet parking was $60 - recommend finding your own street parking if you can. We were charged an amenities fee, but there werent any special amenities.

Upon arrival in our room we were presented with a freshly made cake and a bottle of fizz to help us celebrate our birthday, with a lovely card wishing us a good stay and a happy birthday. This was a really lovely touch that enhanced our stay. The room itself was really spacious and stylish. The beds were really comfy too. The location is a 6 minute walk to the metro making it ideal, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with our many questions, even finding a phone charger for us. The bar and restaurant was lovely too, worth while if you go for happy hour.

There needs to be more storage for clothes both hanging and drawers. Also we had to ask for tea making facilities, whilst this wasn't an issue and we were provided with these once we asked, it would have been nice if these were already offered alongside the coffee maker.

- Honestly is the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in - Jonny on the front desk have a warm and friendly welcome and made pleasant chat. He also kindly gave us a room upgrade without us even asking - Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. - Included kitchenette (with plates and cutlery) - Everything in the room felt high quality - Location in a lovely part of Washington, clearly one of the nice areas of the city (which I found to be a really nice city overall)

The only problem with the room is that only one small window opens for fresh air. This is important for guests with sinus conditions. The beakfast is a tad pricey with limited menu, but they have real espresso and a bar that opens at lunch. Bed is great, shower is OK - European style, no way to keep all the water off the bathroom floor.

Hotel was in the middle of a multi-month air and heating upgrade, that caused loud noises from 8 AM to 5 PM. It was on the other side of the building, but pity those with rooms over there. They hope it will be finished April 2023.

No breakfast. The staff were lovely, the room was always clean and pretty, they had an umbrella and tote bag for you to use. My husband and I needed distilled water for our C-pap machines and they had a jug of it in our room when we arrived. The bed was very comfy. I liked the shampoo. There was quite a bit of noise from the hallway and outside but not very often. Rooms not very sound proof. I liked that the windows opened. Nice fresh air. Only other suggestion: get better pillows. We had three rooms and we all agreed, pillows were substandard.They were full of air and you couldn't get them to support your neck or hold a shape.

It was nice having coffee in the morning. It helped greatly traveling with kids to have a microwave and a small fridge in the room. We received adjoining rooms on request for a very small daily top up fee. The room, bathroom and kitchenette was well appointed, quite spacious with beautiful crockery to utilise when needed. Very soft bed, comfortable pillows and clean rooms. All staff at the front desk, at the entrance door, in the restaurant, the cleaning staff was very accommodating and friendly throughout the stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants around Dupont circle and surrounds. Beautiful safe neighborhood.

Floors did not always seem to be vacuumed during cleaning.

The location is a little tucked away from the immediate central hot spots. This area of Dupont Circle is more residential, it's nice and quiet, and a walk around the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The room is a decent size, the bathroom had a small vanity, which is a welcome touch.

The thermostat is hidden behind a corkboard screen that looks like a pull- out TV. No one explained that to us. After having some temperature issues, the maintenance man showed us how to use it. (See photo).

The location was great. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We heard zero noise from the hallway or other guests. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. The free bottled water in the room was a small thing but so appteciated! We only stayed for one night but we would definitely stay again.

Just two minor things: It would have been nice to have a coffee station available in the lobby, at least in the morning. There was an individual coffee maker in the room, but this is never as good. The ear-plugs the front desk provided were terrible. They were uncomfortable to the point that we couldn't use them.

The bathroom was immaculate , very clean and extra vanity for make up !! With places to actually place my things, storage areas everywhere. Kitchenette was adorable but the refrigerator was way too small, loved having microwave staff bright it right up and because I am in recovery they immediately removed the mini bar !! So accommodating. Really friendly staff, my son has autism and they were so sweet to him, the added space for him to run made all the difference in the steps for his comfort. Bedding was so soft and fluffy! So nice to have table to eat at as well as sit on couch too relax . Just incredible place. The steamer for clothing!! Privacy and the peace and quiet, staff was just so amazing, caring and helpful.

Fridge being so small, phone didn't work , cost to have car parked for valet, cost of food, no breakfast, menu at restaurant was horrible, we ate at unconventional diner that was absolutely fantastic. Tried to use umbrella that was there which was great but it was broken , not much else
