Lovely apartments, exceptionally clean, great location for the train station. We really loved the rooms and decor.
Currently very loud construction occurring right outside our windows commencing at 6.30am. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time so we could make use of the ear plugs provided downstairs. No staff on-site - this was a little annoying when no wifi details were given at check-in and we do not have U.S. phones so we were reliant on wifi to contact someone... about the wifi password. Would also be nice to have more lockers to leave luggage prior / after check-in and check-out. They would have been super helpful, but were all being used when we arrived.

Loved our stay! Bed was very comfortable, we fully expected and enjoyed the loft but folks who are not fond of steep, small stairs beware. Location was prime for the stadiums, Wamu theater, restaurants, bars, etc. I felt very safe in the location outside at night. There is no staff on sight (was expected) and didn’t miss it. Extras cabinet was hard to find but it ended up being right in front of the elevators in a little hutch. Can’t wait to come back, will definitely stay here when returning to Seattle.
Take parking into considering when planning on staying here if you are driving into Seattle and wish to find cheap/easy parking. We stayed for 2 nights and paid $150 total for parking at the lot down the street that is referenced in their check-in instructions. This was the only downside, everything else was great!

Loved the space and all the amenities! Good outlets, great temperature control, and wifi signal was strong enough for working in the morning! I booked this room last minute and everything was seamless about the check-in process. High quality furniture and the location was fabulous for accessing King Street Station, where I needed to be at 9:30am the next morning. About a 5 minute walk with luggage, super easy and great value for the price!
I loved everything! Very thoughtful details throughout, like the sound machine and earplugs in case the city noises were too loud (for me, they weren't needed but very much appreciated). The entrance to the building was a little different from what I expected given the description in the app, but it was well-signed and easy to figure out once there.

This is one of my favourite places I have have stayed on my travels around the world. I absolutely love Pioneer Square. The location is phenomenal. The architecture on the outside of the building is so what I love. The rooftop has fantastic, exclusive views of the skyline. The apartment is tastefully designed and decorated. It was quiet because my room didn’t face the street. I had an outside area with a table and chairs. The Wi-Fi is very fast and stable. The kitchen seems to have everything you need, but I was eating out most of the time. I only prepared my breakfast in the apartment. The bed is really comfy, as is the sofa. The Roku TV streaming platform is fantastic and signed you out if you put in your checkout date. It was very easy to find and get in with the cool Sonder app and the mobile key. I love that. You can walk everywhere from this apartment, but there are plenty of buses if you need them. The best supermarket nearby is Uwajimaya - so cool with great food. There are a few grocery stores around, which are expensive. The staff were always responsive and helpful if you needed them. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it.
I didn’t like that when you need to wash up, there is nowhere to drain your crockery and cutlery. It made it more difficult than it needed to be. Please get some draining racks or something to help with this.

My husband and I stayed at Sonder Railspur for four nights to attend the Seahawk/Packer game. We had no issues finding the hotel. A couple of days before check-in, we received an email with detailed instructions and passcodes. The directions were clear, and although the hotel is a bit tucked away, we had no problems locating it. Arriving several hours early, we used the secured lockers to store our luggage. There were plenty of lockers available, and they were large enough for our big bags. I highly recommend downloading the Sonder app, which provides recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. We tried 13 Coins, a restaurant within walking distance, based on the app's suggestion, and it was delicious. Check-in was seamless. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We had a room with a high loft bed. If you’re afraid of heights, have vertigo, or any disability that prevents you from safely climbing a ladder, this room might not be suitable. It’s also not ideal for small children. However, once we got used to it, the loft bed was cozy and safe. The absence of on-site employees was a bit unusual, but the chat option in the app was super responsive and helpful for minor issues. It was actually more convenient than calling a front desk or waiting in long lines in a lobby. Regarding noise, Seattle is a bustling city, so some city noises are expected. We didn’t encounter any construction noise mentioned in other reviews. During our stay, 'SantaCon' was happening, so one night there was quite a commotion with hundreds of drunk Santas, which was more humorous than annoying. The location was perfect for the game at Lumen Field, just a block away. It’s about a mile from the Market and 2 miles from the Space Needle. Overall, I would stay again, but I would choose a room without a loft or one with a lower loft, which they apparently offer as well.

Great location. Entrance was in a side area (not really an alley, but off the road). The building itself was clean and very secure. You needed your personalized code to enter the building, use the elevator (only going up) and enter your room. Free laundry room with laundry pods in the lobby if needed. The rooms were clean and secure. This unit did feature a loft bed that was very steep to get into. If you don't have the best physical health this is not the right choice of room. The bathroom was clean and had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. This room has a microwave/convection oven and two burners. The TV has a roku, but be prepared to log into your own streaming services. The subway is a 7 ish minute walk away, there was a street car stop just around the conrner. The amtrak is a 5 min walk away, and there are many bus routes that meet in the area.
There was some construction going on outside. It wasn't super disruptive, but it's good to note. The building did provide a white noise machine, which was helpful. The bathroom was a little musty smelling, as there was definitely a lack of ventilation.

Beautifully renovated property in historic building. It’s a vibe! Great facilities such as a laundry room and roof terrace. The room was thoughtfully equipped, clean and the handwritten welcome note was a super lovely touch! The location is great, super close to train station and Downtown. I would consider to stay again.
The only point of criticism is the noise. Unfortunately you hear every footstep from above, which is particularly disturbing when it occurs above the bed, as you sleep so close to the ceiling. However it’s manageable as it’s not constantly. Then there’s a construction side next to the building where heavy machinery is used Monday to Saturday from 6:20am to 8pm. I would have loved to sleep a little longer and used noise cancelling headphones to work. Gladly this is temporary but probably a thing to consider especially for guests that intend to stay for leisure or plan to work in the apartment. There is a white noise Maschine and ear plugs provided, which is very much appreciated but doesn’t do the trick unfortunately.

This accommodation was clean, cozy, comfortable, and more quiet than I expected. Amenities were well stocked and we loved having dishes, toaster, coffee maker, a microwave, fridge AND freezer! Even laundry machines were provided free of charge, we were pleasantly surprised and we would definitely stay here again. Even customer service was friendly and helpful… whenever we had a question or concern, it was answered right away.

Perfect location if you arrive by train, well appointed-stove top, basic cookware, dishes- wish we’d known as we would have planned to cook. Great eats in walking distance and the rooftop terrace is delightful, though it doesn’t open until 8am, so early risers can’t take their coffee out and enjoy the early morning.
Knowing there was cookware would have improved our experience. I don’t recommend driving in as it took us 1 3/4 hour to find safe parking, but train would have been perfect!

Beautiful design and very functional rooms and great amenities. The features like the phone key and rooftop patio and shared laundry all worked really well. It was easy to keep the room a perfect temperature even with big changes in weather.
There are no staff around, so it feels a bit more like an apartment building. Daily room cleaning doesn't happen unless you request it. I didn't need any assistance or attention but sometimes it felt less secure than a hotel with a reception team and cleaners in the halls.
