It was a very nice place to stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and very courteous. There was also a restaurant right beside the hotel that was amazing. The only thing that I found wrong with this hotel was that someone had smoked in my non- smoking room (which was not the hotels fault) and you could definitely smell it. Other than that, this was a great place to stay, I’d highly recommend it to other people and if I ever go back to Charleston I’ll stay there again.

We stayed here when we went to a concert at the civic center. It is an easy 10 minute drive there from this hotel. The location is convenient because it is right off the interstate. It is a little loud given that it is so close to the interstate but it is easy to find and parking was not an issue. We cranked up the AC and could barely hear the interstate. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Morning breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was clean and attended to by a nice staff member.

The shower did not look like it had been cleaned in awhile. It had a dirt ring around the drain. I did end up wearing flipflops in the shower because the lack of cleanliness made me nervous. The room also had a muggy smell. If the AC shut off it was extremely noticable.

Staff at check-in was exceptional! Very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Gave us info on where to get gas and where to eat. Complimentary coffee, cookies and popcorn at check it was also very nice. Food next door was very good. We had it delivered to our room cause we were so tired from our drive. Stayed at other Sleep Inn’s. Charleston is by far the best!

Not a thing

Very nice hotel, first time staying at one of this brand but very pleasantly surprised. Location was a bit remote but that made it quiet. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff was wonderful, we were greeted with a smile, check in was prompt and very courteous, all aspects were explained. We were exhausted and didn't want to go back out to eat. The restaurant across the parking lot was closed (Tuesday) but since they own the hotel fresh vegetable beef soup was provided free of charge, SCORE it was very good on a cool rainy night, they also had popcorn and cookies for guests. Breakfast was SO good for a freebie, everything was good, hot and plentiful. Would love to stay here again!

The staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast for guests is very good. The staff member who attended the breakfast spread kept it clean and stocked. She worked like a whirlwind.

Nothing. This facility is great for a simple overnight stay. We were always greeted with smiles and friendly conversation.

I like this hotel a lot for the convenience of being close to the city but not downtown and size. But it’s also very clean and the breakfast is great. They have thought of everything you need and everything works ! it’s well taken care of.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Charleston and this is my favorite place to stay now.

Very friendly staff, always asking if we nweded anyrhing else. They had popcorn and cookies and hot chocolate at check in (which was nice after beimg stuck in a car for so long, with hungry kids). The rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast was so great. They had so many options, warm breakfast options.

My arrival was late; the staff were welcoming and smiling.

The breakfast could have been better. I came into the dining area and there were no eggs, no bacon. All the hot food trays were empty. When I mentioned this to the staff in back, she replied she was working on it.

The breakfast was better than I expected. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, fruit, muffins, etc… The hotel offered popcorn and cookies in the lobby all day. Receptionist was very nice. The room was clean (and I’m very picky) Located right off the interstate. An altogether nice stay!

Not many restaurant choices in that area. Be prepared to go more into the South Charleston area for dining.
