The Calido Hotel met all of my expectations. We were going to celebrate a birthday and they quickly managed to put together a beautiful set up in our room with a card, decorations, and more. The staff is very helpful and the kitchen staff accommodated us by setting us up with to go food for a tour. The balcony was large, the room itself was huge and the bed was comfortable. The shower and toilet were separate which was great for getting ready simultaneously. The hotel is walking distance from just about anything in the area and close to sites and delicious foods.

There is nothing for me to say here since my stay was great. I would stay again.

The Staff from the reception was incredible! They helped us book all our Tours, fulfilled all our Wishes and were extremely friendly, welcoming and lovely to us. The interior of the room was also nice so we felt comfortable, even though we first had our doubts regarding the missing windows in our room category. The hotel is in the middle of old quarter and very close to the famous train street, so it's perfect for discovering the city and walking through the streets of Hanoi

Breakfast could be a little more varied. But all in all we enjoyed our stay at Calido.

I notified them that we were coming during dawn and they actually noted that. It was clean. Room was spacious enough. Staff was also helpful and really tried their best to communicate with us in english. Breakfast was good. The place was also quiet during the night. We also availed their laundry services and they delivered. In short, it was a good value for money.

They don’t have rice 😅 and also the staff in their kitchen don’t wear hairnets, and don’t seem to wash their hands often. Everything was just minor anyway.

The hotel’s location is very ideal if you want to explore the old quarter. there are so many small food stalls, cafes, and spa nearby. it is also within walking distance from the train street. the hotel staff were very nice, polite, and accommodating. they gave us a list of recommended restaurants and cafes to try in Hanoi. We were well taken care of, especially by Ms Qixie. They can also book tours for you if you are planning to visit Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh and Sapa. They could also arrange Airport transfers. It is a charming little hotel tucked in a quiet corner of the old quarter. Hanoi traffic and crowd can be crazy most the time, if you want a good night’s rest without any noise from the busy streets then this hotel is perfect for you.

Before our arrival, our impression of Calido was very good. After booking our accommodations, we arranged tours and airport transfers through the hotel. The receptionist Bank presented us with offers, all very thoroughly described, answered all our questions, and helped us choose a suitable plan for our family (4 adults and a two-year-old child). We remained in contact via WhatsApp throughout, which was very helpful. The agency the hotel collaborates with performed excellently. The hotel itself met our expectations 100%, and the chosen rooms actually looked even better than in the photos. It was spacious, very clean, and beautiful. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels replaced, and drinking water replenished. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town center, so it's close, yet the street where the hotel is located is very peaceful. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Calido!

Everything was really good!

Comfortable, good location and nice staff

The staff were very nice and attentive. They speak good English and have saved me a lot of trouble by booking an airport shuttle upon my arrival to Hanoi. They also gave me a list of places where to go for dinner and coffee. The room and bathroom were both clean and the bed was comfortable. There is even a safe where you can put your valuables. The location is perfect for the stay in the Old Quarter, very close to Train street and the main attractions there. I definitely recommend Hanoi Calido Hotel and will stay there again for sure when I'm back in this area of Hanoi.

I have no complaints. Maybe a suggestion regarding breakfast which is very simple. But overall I had everything I needed.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in a room with a balcony, and the balcony was very beautiful! The location is perfect and has a great variety of food and cafés within a close distance. Short walk to the Hoan Liem Lake as well! Would definitely come back again!!!

We stayed for two and a half days and two nights, and there was a water problem (no pressure/no water coming out of faucets/can't flush the toilet) - I think it was the Saturday evening - and we were told the water was being fixed, but even after the water was fixed and we had running water for Sunday, the shower pressure didn't fully come back until Monday morning. Another thing was that they spray a very potent scent when cleaning and this gave us a headache and irritated our noses. It's a nice smell, but very, very strong. We told reception though, and they were able to let housekeeping know not to use it when cleaning our room so we were able to air out our room by opening our balcony door for a few hours! Last thing was that the lighting isn't very good in the bathroom.

I’m his hotel was perfect. We could not believe the value for money. It had everything we could ask for but beyond a doubt, the main attraction was the incredibly attentive and lovely staff. We stayed for a whole week and by the end we felt like family. Everyone took such good care of us. perfect recommendations for tours and eateries. A beautiful cafe next door (best coffee in Hanoi) and on our last night the staff surprised us with a stunning anniversary display. we made lifelong friendships here. Could not recommend more highly. Also, the hotel is walking distance to all tourist attractions but outside of the chaotic tourist hub. Perfect!
