The hotel is very conveniently located just on the beer street. The hotel staff is very helpful with top level management that makes Check-in and Check out very smooth. special mention for Front desk incharge Jay who went above and beyond our expectations and helped us with superb choices of Restaurants. 100% recommended to travellers with Family.

Staff extremely friendly, and caring, made us feel very welcome, introduced Hanoi and its main places and attractions. Even though the night we spent was not perfect (a guest decided to smoke in the room and alarm went off during the night) the staff managed evening perfectly and we left in a great mood.

The street is very noisy (beer street), good for chaotic Hanoi experience! Tough might be a bit rough for people who like calmness.

We really enjoy the crew: Marco, Ms. Maratha, Mr. Kevin, Mr. Viet and Panda, that guys are so kind and helpful. I will come back sure and I recommend it to everyone!!

Very good location if you want to be in the middle of the action because is exactly in the middle of the old town. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, every time you need something they go over their head to help you no matter the problem. They even help you with personal issues not only regarding your accomodation. They are good people. Room was cleaned every day the bar refiled wit water, tea and coffee for free. Beside drinks in the room there are also snaks if you want. You will be charged for them but it's good they are there if you feel like grabing something in the middle of the night like me. :)

Literally everything, the staff especially was more than I would ever expect from a hotel, ms. Karathy was the highlight of our trip, she helped us book all of our tours, responded to our questions super quick. All the staff were friendly always had a smile on their face and were all so helpful. The rooms were clean, good sized and very well designed. Location was amazing, you’re literally in beer street!! They have double doors/windows so you can’t hear the music either. This is the best bang for your buck

The hotel is good and the staff are expetional! They speak perfect English and love to chat and help you with anything! The rooms are ok (clean and only a little worn in small arrears) and the hotel is on “beer street” so the street is noisy and busy during the night but they do stop at 00:00 and it is safe. We had the 6th floor and in fact, didn’t hear it much due good soundproofing. Benefit is that you are right in the middle of everything for walking anywhere from coffee places, to sights, to restaurants, to night market which is useful as a family of 4. Would definitely stay again due to the wonderful service and easy location. Just balance it with your expectations as it is the busy old quarter.

Firstly, the staff are incredible! From the moment we booked the hotel, they were offering to help us with organising transfers, tours, food recommendations etc - nothing was too much hassle. Location was great, walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was ok for a small hotel. Complimentary snacks and tea on offer in reception was a nice touch.

The music from beer street bars was obviously very loud!! It wasn’t a problem for us but be warned if you’re a light sleeper! However it generally quietened down at midnight.
