The beds were so so comfortable and enough space to keep your things on the bed and reading light. They also had a drawer with a key to keep your luggage.Location is convenient to walk around the streets of Hanoi, markets, night markets, visit the lake and with a lot of food , coffee and juices close to this place.Very easy to access the Beer street in the night.Good place to crash for solo travellers .Local tour operators office are available around this place to book your tours for sightseeing.
There was only one bathroom in the dorm. They charge for a fresh towel. It didn't have drinking water refill station

The location was good, staff was good, they know english, the manager gave me his charger for the whole day, the owner was also good guy, he helped me booked my futa bus tickets from hanoi to danang without any charges. The beds were comfy , hostel is near to beer market and lake, overall good.
Hostel didn't have enough space like other hostels, the price was little bit high, and not enough locker storage to keep our luggage, plus the hostel didn't serve drinking water, i believe drinking water is a basic necessity , so hostel should provide drinking water facilities. rest is good.

- The manager is very friendly, helpful. - The bunk bed is very comfy, wide enough for me. The pillow was soft enough. There's even a shell to put your pouch and other stuff on it. - There's a fan so it doesnt feel suffocating. - The location is perfect. So close to Ta Hien str and many other attractions.
- The guy on the upstair bunk that snores all night hahah

beds were comfortable with everything that you need, great location really close to all busy streets
just 1 toilet per room for more than 10 people that should be cleaned more frequently. no towel included

Comfy beds, lockers (bring own lock), good location
The only "common areas" are inside the dorm (see table in pictures), so people who want to hang out need to do it right next to other people sleeping - it probably does not happen often since you are right in the old quarter and can easily go to a bar, but it can and it is in general a pity not being able to hang out at an hostel or having to do so at the expense of someone who wants to sleep. Also the dorm (the one on the lower floor) was right in front of the reception which just made it noisier/busier than average.

The location is great, right in the middle of everything (but you can't hear any outside noise from the rooms) The beds were great, with curtains, a light, chargers etc.. pretty comfy too. They had loads of lovely bathroom amenities you could use and a sink and mirror in the room so if the bathroom was in use there was another place to get ready. Staff were so lovely and accommodating to me as I got in verity early hours (late overnight bus) and they woke up to let me in! So appreciated!
Nothing I didnt really like! Would stay again!

The best thing about the place is location and staffs. It is located right in old quarters where lot of restaurants, shops and bars are there. Everything is walkable from here. Beer street and the lake are located just within 1km from here. The staffs are so friendly and very attentive. They are very helpful and make you feel welcome. Love their hospitality. The hostel is maintained clean and neat.
The only problem I saw here is the washroom. There’s only one for a 12 bed dorm which is not sufficient at all. They should definitely improve this and it would make this place the best in Hanoi to stay. Also if you can provide free drinking water it would be great.

The place is great, not a commercial vibe which feels more casual and homely. The staff were superb, took their time, made extra effort with me. All of them very easy to talk to and supportive. It's a communal vibe which I like. Bed is comfy, shelf a great add with a locked drawer. The layout is flawless so the value is great for the thought. Great location for Central
I was drunk and came in at 5am and I can imagine the lack of sound protection for light light sleepers is harder. Pick a room near the back if so.

A cozy hostel in Hanoi. The bed was a good size, had a privacy curtain, plugs for charging phones and a fold down table for a laptop. There is a table in the room, but that's the extent of the common area.
There is one bathroom for the entire room (12 beds per room I think). Unfortunately the door to the bathroom does make a bit of noise on the hinges, so anytime someone opened or closed the bathroom door it was noisy.

-Professional staff (day shift receptionist is the friendliest person I ever met. She has an angel-like smile). When AC failed, the Issue was resolved asap. -English speaking staff, the night shift staff is a young friendly gentlemen speaks excellent English. - cleanliness, hostel is kept clean day and night. - Location, cannot be better then this, just stone throw away from the old town pub streets. -small fridge with chilled beverages to buy for reasonable price. - price cannot be beaten.
Nothing to dislike during my 14 days stay.
