Hoian Central Hotel is a wonderful hotel! The staff is very friendly and will do everything they can to make you happy. The rooms are spacious and the beds sleep wonderfully! The location is perfect, you can walk straight to the old town. In the garden of the hotel there is a lovely swimming pool where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and cool off in the wonderful water. There are more than enough nice restaurants in the area. In other words: a very good choice to stay during a trip to Hoian!

Located in the Old Town, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we did not need for anything. They gave a great overview of the Old Town at check in providing us with a map showing various places of interest, tailors and restaurants. Very helpful with booking tours. Lovely courtyard buffet breakfast and the pool was inviting.

All staff were great - always friendly and welcoming. Property is in a great location, an easy walk to the Ancient Town and river. Good selection of food at breakfast - and a great coffee shop across the road, as well as a bakery a few doors down.

If you would like to sleep in, I would suggest requesting a room at the rear of the property. I enjoyed my balcony room over the front entrance, but there was a lot of noise from the road. Also, as it was above the hotel entry - noise from people coming and going, standing out front chatting. Also, people would stand on the shared balcony next to my room (only separated by plants - and could see into my room), and smoke and talk loudly. Perhaps a 'no smoking' sign would be a good idea.

We were travelling from north to south of Vietnam and decided to take a longer break in Hoi An and relax. We couldnt have picked anywhere better than Hoian Central Hotel and even ended up extending our stay from 6 to 8 nights here. All of the staff were fantastic. Friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay in the hotel (and in Hoi An town itself) were special. Our room was lovely (108) and located at the back of the hotel on the ground floor so we also had a private balcony and seating area looking into the little back garden. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location just on the edge of the main old town so we slept well. Breakfast was good and the staff made suggestions for alternative local dishes we might like to try given we were staying so long and they did not want us to get bored. The free bicycles were a great way to get around both the town and further afield (for example, visiting the ceramic village or Hidden Beach near An Bang beach). The pool was nice and had a small number of sun loungers and seemed popular with other guests (although we didn't make use of it, preferring to swim in the sea). There was even a beverage fridge by the pool so you could help yourself to refreshments and simply put the required amount in the piggy bank! Highly recommend Hoian Central for your stay in Hoi An.

This was a charming hotel in a perfect location for exploring Hoi An on foot. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. In fact, when we discovered our hot water wasn't working the staff responded right away and had it repaired within hours. We visited in December, but could envision how cool and relaxing it must be to sit by their lovely private pool in warm weather. The breakfast buffet offered many choices including eggs made to order. The staff were attentive and considerate, and offered special touches to make our stay memorable, including sending us home with a package of delicious coconut cookies as a holiday gift.

This is a beautiful hotel with lush gardens connecting the lobby to the breakfast space and pool area. We booked two rooms and one of our rooms had a balcony overlooking the pool and terraced rooftops! The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very spacious, and exceptionally clean. We were in the top (third) floor and although there was no lift, my 73 year old mum was still able to navigate the stairs. The location is great - an easy walking distance to the waterfront, the Japanese bridge and night markets. I love that there are tuktuk drivers everywhere that charge a very small fee if you don’t want to walk the streets. The staff were very friendly, courteous snd attentive. We were greeted by Rosie on arrival and she made sure all our needs were met. The breakfast options were delicious, especially sitting in the courtyard. Wonderful stay - highly recommend this place and we’d love to return! It’s also a great base to visit all the sites in Danang.

Hoi An Central was the perfect place to stay for a 4 nights. A great location, to walk around Old Town. Then an easy access main road, in the other direction for catching Grabs etc. Rooms were big and super quiet. A lovely pool area with plenty of shade when the suns out. The pools temperature was nice and cool, refreshing. The staff were friendly, helpful and had great recommendations for anything you were after in Hoi An. When we return , we will be staying here again.

The staff were amazing. They helped us with anything we needed, like recommendations for places and they also organised our coconut tree boat ride for us. We originally didn't plan on making that part of our trip, but we are so glad they did it for us, from the transport there and back and who to ride with. Breakfast also had a really good selection. The location was so ideal it couldn't be better. We could buy things from the city centre and easily drop it off in our rooms as it was so close. I would definitely stay here again if we visit another time.

Close to all locations, they also have a free bicycle and can ride to the beach or to the rice fields on your days !! Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at !!!!! Also close to the old town and the markets ! Central location also a plus!!! Cannot mention amazing enough !! Absolutely amazing !!! Highly highly recommend !!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very nice, with two huge king-sized beds. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing lime juice and a towel, which was a great touch. The General Manager, Rossie, was amazing—she personally chatted with every guest and ensured that we truly enjoyed our stay and tours. They also helped us arrange a coconut boat tour at a reasonable price, and we had a fantastic time. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options from main courses to fruits and bread—way beyond my expectations. Thank you very much for a memorable stay!
