The breakfast was good. I would recommend also offering something like boiled eggs if possible.

The location and scenery around the building was absolutely beautiful. But the site is also in need of major upgrades and renovations. The ceiling of our room was patched with crumbling plaster and the bathtub and fixtures had visible scratches on them. It also would have been much appreciated if there had been streaming services such as Netflix available.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the town and the highway. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful, even bringing an iron to the room for us. The beds were also very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have someone always on post at the front desk.

Staff at Econolodge were friendly and amazing. Even coming up to our room to show us how to work the remote. Rob Roy restaurant next door was great. Waterview was beautiful. Close to main street. Breakfast included was good.

Could use some updates. Paint the balconies inside and out.

I loved that for the first time ever we were able to afford such a lovely and spacious room that was on the water! The best hotel I have ever stayed at, and the staff was fantastic!

Lovely location, not loud, large room

bathroom was a bit outdated (no fan, toilet flush wasn't super strong)

breakfast was simple (Covid) but they did have coffee and juice boxes and a couple different varieties of muffins, which were packaged, for safety. The ice machine was broken so I had to go up two floors to get ice. The pillows were super comfortable. I usually bring my own pillow as I have a bad neck/back But I didn't take it out of my vehicle as I felt the pillows before unloading and I was pleasantly surprised!

short staff. Had to wait for clerk to go up to my room to inspect it before issuing my deposit. That took a while as there is only one elevator

Location was good as we stayed due to attending a wedding reception after party just south of town. Nice view of the river, too bad no boats had come through the locks.

Bathtub could be cleaned to make sure drain is clear of hair.

The door handle was odd - a hard door to open. Door handle seemed to be installed upside down and we had to have staff to let us into the room.

Accommodating staff. I mentioned that I would be checking out before breakfast and the staff said they would have the breakfast set up earlier for me. It was a nice gesture and really appreciated it.
