Our room was comfortable, large, and clean. We loved the bathroom, as the shower was the nicest and most modern that we had ever seen in a hotel. The bed was comfy. They were completing some renovations to the main lobby and breakfast room, but we did not notice any noise or dust. Staff and construction crew were all very friendly and helpful .Breakfast was available to take to your room and was a nice selection. The staff recommended a local restaurant where we had an excellent meal. We were there on Canada Day, not realizing that many stores were closed, but the antiques mall we had heard of was open and we spent some time there. The hotel was centrally located and it was easy to get around town. And our window looked down onto a Tim Horton's, so that was convenient for a coffee lover!

We had no problem with parking, although it was limited by construction. The fitness center was closed due to construction, but the area was nice and a walk outside would have been fine too. There was nothing to complain about!

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and cozy. The renovations were of little inconvenience at all to us. We loved having the Keurig in the morning, use of a fridge, and the breakfast was easy to take on the road with us.

Nothing stuck out other than the renovation mess. Which can't be helped, buildings that are well accommodated will need regular maintenance and updates.

I booked a king bedroom but upons my arrival I was told my room wasn't ready and I was offer super nice king size bed room. I was delighted.

Although there was constructions, it didn't affect my stay. I wish I could get the free breakfast but I needed to leave early before the kitchen open and I couldn't enjoy the breakfast. Maybe next time.

Conveniently located amongst restaurants, coffee shop, gas etc. Although it is in extensive renovation mode, we were quite happy to get a remodelled suite that was beautiful. The AC unit may need replaced as well!

A little bit unorganized but expected with construction. Also the transients around the property make you feel like you are a outsider when in fact you are not. Not sure why people living there long term. A bit of a negative for this.

The room appears to have been newly renovated. Issue with the calibration of hot/cold water on the shower tap. No soap holder in shower, no grab bar so a safety concern. Room was very nice otherwise, nice washroom, VERY comfortable beds. Huge TV with good reception and channel selection. Building is under construction/renovation so check in was a little confusing but no real issue

We weren't impressed with the long term residents hanging around their rooms, outside if ground level and in the lobby. The facility seems to be partial to long term residents when some should be staying in an apartment building to free up rooms for shorter term customer's Also didn't like listening to a customers barking dog at 6:30 am. Too bad there wasn't a no pet rule.

The breakfast was really good even with covid restrictions. I had bad breakfasts last year at other hotels so keep up with the hot breakfast sandwiches! There was a Tim Hortons next to the property and we were glad that we didn't have to go there for breakfast at all. The room was comfy although we could have used more table space and another chair so it was a bit smaller than we are used to. Everything else was really good

The shower curtain was ripped at the top a bit and we did see a spider in the shower coming down from the ceiling. I also wish hotels would clean their carpets at least once a year. The front desk was short staffed and we had to wait quite a while to check in with one person manning the process.

nothing. there are ongoing renovations so it’s a work in progress, but that’s not a complaint.

Room, location ( quick exit to or from 401) and staff all great!

Construction was a minor inconvenience at first, trying to figure out how to get to Check-in office ect..

Staff were polite, professional and helpful. Rooms are nice and beds comfortable.
